How can anyone fault the producer, this is not slander, it is based on opinions and facts. Opinions can’t be regulated or limited, as long as they are opinions and facts are straight up. Why would this be placed under McCain/Feingold if they were creating a film that came out the same time as the campaign but was not directly part of the campaign.

I have been tracking the progress of this video ever since its production on: http://www.americanparchment.com

.

Great victory.

One of McCain’s worst mistakes, along with Amnesty. This is one of the things he handed to the socialists that defined him as a RINO.

I am so happy that this law was tossed out. McCain-Feingold was his (McCain’s) Waterloo, this was the reason we had a hard time voting for him, he’s an honorable man, just not a Conservative in nature, he wants Socializum just like Obama, just would not be driving the car a 100 miles per hour like O, but we still would have ened up near the same place, he did us a favor by losing.

Our First Amendment is once again unleashed.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

General Electric Corp, ACORN, SEIU will no longer have a monopoly. These Socialist/Liberal entities will now have competition.

Socialists/Liberals hate competition.

2010 is starting to look like a good year for Conservatives and Libertarians.

Not so good for Socialists/Liberals.

Rhinos are Dinosaurs.

McCain is a Great American for sure and deserves a huge amount respect, but unfortunately,
that legislation did not come from someone who understands the American Constitution.

Trouble is, 99% of our Congress people don’t have a clue what is in the Constitution anyway,
if they did, they would realize that the Constitution doesn’t need changing and they shouldn’t
try to screw it up for their personal or political benefit.

do we have to fear our own president?   January 22nd, 2010 - 3:51 am

Has anybody ever wondered exactly why does China have all of our money? Somebody had to have given it to them.
