Elena Kagan has NO judicial experience as far as being an actual judge and she is an ‘extreme’ liberal in ideology. The little we do know about her (sound familiar??) the more blatantly obvious it is becoming that she is an Obama “clone” (a mirror image) of Obama himself. When Obama nominated Kagan to the Supreme Court he was actually nominating “himself” to the Supreme Court because, like I said, Elena Kagan essentially has the same beliefs, ideologies, philosophy, ideas, and intentions that Obama does. And that is to make the U.S. Constitution a ‘living’ constitution (document) where current judges decide through ‘judicial activism’ our laws and how they should be interpreted and apply them according to how they see fit and NOT according to how our Founding Fathers (and the self evident truths contained within the Constitution itself) were meant to be observed, interpreted, and obeyed.
Former Justice Thurgood Marshall was one of the worst justices in American history, in my opinion, because he regarded the Constitution as “defective” and the Founding Fathers as “unwise”… just to name a few. And Elana Kagan worships Thurgood Marshall to this very day and thought he was the best thing since sliced bread. And she basically believes the same way Thurgood Marshall did. And that is a belief in “judicial activism” as the ONLY means of changing the Constitution and the ‘interpretation’ of our laws (not by amendment, as it should be) or by the self evident truths contained within the Constitution itself laid down by our Founding Fathers.
And yet there are actually several Republicans who are still sitting on the fence as to what they think or believe about Elana Kagan and with actually some of them already in favor of her becoming the next Supreme Court Justice of the United States of America?? Senator Jim Inhofe of Oklahoma stated today that there is NOT enough Republican support to filibuster her nomination?? Oh really?? Why is that? Maybe it’s because we have several moderate or “liberal” Republican or Independent’s in the Senate who need to be taken out behind the woodshed and given a thrashin’ on their backsides for their liberal lackadaisical laziness and contempt toward the U.S. Constitution and dare I say towards the American people themselves by their utter disregard for our current and “future” well-being?? >> You vote in Elena Kagan you vote in Obama to the Supreme Court. Do Republicans (or Independents) really want to do that or see that come to pass??
There IS an absolute assured way of defeating Elena Kagan’s confirmation to the Supreme Court… absolutely without a doubt. But Republicans HAVE to use every means and every ‘tool’ at their disposal to stop her. If they don’t, Obama… er, I mean Elana Kagan… will get confirmed to the Supreme Court… and just in time for the November election(s).
