The video shows Sarah Mills crawling on the ground and pressing her face to the glass in a holding cell. She tells one officer, "I'm thinking about punching some people."

Drunk Flight Attendant Caught On Tape   August 15th, 2007 - 2:41 pm

[...] This is must see TV:  Drunk at Airport: “I’M A F***ING FLIGHT ATTENDANT” [...]

Drew   August 15th, 2007 - 2:51 pm

A .03 BAC? Has this chick ever had a drink before? Good grief, she looks like she had a dozen drinks in an hour.

Anthony   August 15th, 2007 - 3:02 pm

It’s not the flight attendant I care about but the officers and their unlawful violation of this women’s person. Did you see how these bums were grabbing and groping her?

The airports are out of control. Remember…
There are no terrorists. The government is targeting we the people turning our land into a prison planet! People get a clue!

Mike   August 15th, 2007 - 3:10 pm

I love this woman! Be my wife…totally serious folks. I love the attitude.

BWilde   August 15th, 2007 - 3:16 pm

“I’m a F***ing Flight Attendant”

I see, may I have your phone number please?

Willy   August 15th, 2007 - 3:20 pm

She must be a Florida College Grad.

Jerry   August 15th, 2007 - 3:30 pm

Anthony, she’s being booked and placed in jail. They’re supposed to search her – and I doubt a soft-touched and gingerly search would’ve been fruitful, seeing as this woman is rather agitated. Claiming civil rights violations on innocuous instances (such as a post-arrest search of a drunk woman booked on federal charges) just softens the impact of legimate claims of civil rights violations. Wise up or clam up.

George Washington   August 15th, 2007 - 3:40 pm

there was once a time when flight attendants were called stewardesses. apparently many in our society felt the need for this change in language due to PC and sexism and all of the other isms that we are trying to overcome in our brave new society. but what is ironic is that when they were called stewardesses, they weere much better at their jobs, they actually cared about people, and they took pride in their jobs. now, we get people like this who shout in a drunken stupor, “I am a F&%#$IN flight attendant”. Yes indeed you are. Yay for progress!!

William Degler   August 15th, 2007 - 3:44 pm

Don’t jump to conclusions. 0.03% alcohol, with that behavior, looks like she’s been “slipped a Mickey,” which would have knocked her out had she had more than the one drink that alcohol level implies.

John   August 15th, 2007 - 4:04 pm

Ummm…. .03%? She’s definitely on something else.

Timmothy   August 15th, 2007 - 4:07 pm

Definitely reported because it involves an airline company and her trial date was rescheduled for 9/11.

Don’t you love how they’re pumping us full of fear when we watch the news? It’s quite nice of them.

BMM   August 15th, 2007 - 4:20 pm

Anthony, Timmothy

Tin foil is your friend.

SwillyTisher   August 15th, 2007 - 4:22 pm

The treatement of this woman , seemingly below the level of intoxication , was heavy-handed in the extreme. This is someone’s precious little girl, and she deserved far more respect when clearly there is an overiding medical/pyschological issue that demands urgent attention.Help rather than the aggressive restraint shown would have been more appropriate in the circumstances in which she , sadly, found herself in.I wish her well.

The Lelland   August 15th, 2007 - 4:29 pm

God this chick is hot, I wonder if she’s single?

Modesto   August 15th, 2007 - 4:37 pm

It’s good to see that Monica Lewinsky got a new job.

SW   August 15th, 2007 - 4:50 pm

Bad treatment? Good lord people. She was disorderly and resisting. They’re showing restraint. “Someone’s precious little girl”…yeah, who got drunk and showed up at work cursing at people, acting so crazy the pilot turned the plane around. How “precious”!

Frank   August 15th, 2007 - 4:52 pm

She blew a point .03; that is having a glass of wine at dinner. Let her the hell alone and deprive our Gestapo the joy of manhandling and abusing her.

adnoh   August 15th, 2007 - 5:07 pm

she is so hot!

Frank   August 15th, 2007 - 5:22 pm

I am thinking about punching some people too!! First these “security” cowboys and girls for their outrageous behaviour and then the reporter(s)for their complaisant comments. This poor lady needs a hospital room right away(drunk with .3, come on!),not a f***ing prison cell.

Tom   August 15th, 2007 - 6:13 pm

A .03 alcohol concentration would not make someone act like that. There is something else in her system other than alcohol.

Andy Marks   August 15th, 2007 - 6:16 pm

They should figure out exactly what she’s on or what is wrong with her before jumping to conclusions and releasing the video. Did they not test her for other drugs? .03 alocohol level does not explain the behavior at all.

Leadbottom   August 15th, 2007 - 6:29 pm

1. BAC of .03= NOT Drunk, not even for flight.
2. Flight attendants are often tired due to the hectic schedules they work.
3. Looks like she may have a suit for harrasment and battery by the way the cops were handling her.
4. This is news?

rc   August 15th, 2007 - 6:57 pm

I looked at the video and what’s the big deal? Her behavior is strange? How so? Putting her face up against the lower window of her cell? Maybe/maybe not. Where’s the full context? I guess this is “infotainment”… hyperbole to up the ratings.

In any case, if her employer wants to fire her, then whatever… but did she need to be arrested?

Chris A.   August 15th, 2007 - 7:17 pm

Well folks. If you recall the very beginning she is being recorded as wanting to punch some people. That’s a problem for even the sober flight attendents. She got what she has coming to her. And, yes she is a Hot Drunk. Just the kind of airplane chick I want to pick up. Perfect I say. NO MORE AL GORE!!!!!

Tony   August 15th, 2007 - 7:51 pm

THIS is a civil rights violation? What sort of nonsense is that? The woman insulted the police, made thinly veiled threats at them, and resisted arrest.

Leadbottom, you suggest a harrasment suit? You’re really John Edwards using a pen name, aren’t you?

If my family and I were on this flight, I wouldn’t tolerate a flight attendent exhibiting this lack of self-control.

Tim   August 15th, 2007 - 8:15 pm

What the F##K. Was she flying the plane? Arrested for what? .03? When are the police going to arrest real criminals like all these illegals walking through our country? yeh, the citizens can’t even have a drink, but you illegals can ceremoniously murder college students or go ahead and ram that stolen vehicle into a American family, injuring them all and get released by saying your not a citizen here. When are you stupid Americans going to demand more from this government?

What the fruck   August 15th, 2007 - 8:24 pm

What the fuch, when will these god damm power hunger fuching cops get a real job and stop harassing people? Did you see the way they treated those folks stranded on the plane for 5+ hours? We need to rise up against this bull shlit and put an end to it. Don’t take their crap people. Write your congressmen. Get the word. Go catch a fuching illegal immigrant, guilty of a real crime.

smc   August 15th, 2007 - 8:57 pm

I’m starting to think folks who run this website intentionally jot down an insane comment to get somebody riled. With that said I’ve seen and heard enough to realize unfortunately these are probably actual comments. Get a clue you say Anthony? We’re you even coherent when you looked at this video? You’re right this was another scare tactic by our administration. There’s nothing I can say for you (Mike, Timmothy, Swilly, Lelland, Frank, Fruck) except that I feel very sorry you all.

The Lelland   August 15th, 2007 - 9:27 pm

Really, why because I say “F##k it” as I watch my country and generation get flushed down the sh###er? I have spent my entire waking adult life (15yrs) trying to wake mother f###ers up around me to the situations going on in this country. I’m done. I don’t care anymore. The day when we stand up for what is left of the Constitution then I’ll give a s##t again. I was born aware which has made me burn out. So yeah, I think this drunk b###h is hot, and I hope she is single. Cheers Sheep.

smc   August 15th, 2007 - 9:48 pm

Lelland, I’m glad you mentioned the constitution, I spent 10+ years defending it in the USAF. I do agree this country is headed in the wrong direction but I’m pretty certain you and I feel that way from two very different perspectives. For example, if you feel this woman’s constitutional rights have been violated based on what you and I both looked at I think it’s insane. I don’t know how far under the leagl limit she was. You’re not incapacitated or drunk only if you’re at the legal limit. Everyone is different and this lady appeared to be over her limit. I’m curious what portions of the Constitution you feel we need to stand up for? It would be ironic if you mentioned Freedom of Speech because I believe no other right has been more abused in this country. You’re probably not real concerned on how I feel about it but I don’t think you have the right talk like you do. Oh you throw in the special characters to meet the so-called website rules but why bother. What’s wrong with showing a little consideration/class while sharing your opinion?

Jim   August 15th, 2007 - 9:54 pm

When will the drive by media get Kennedy drunk. After all hes destroying the country. She will just have a hard time serving peanuts.

stacey   August 15th, 2007 - 10:01 pm

she has GOT to be on pills too!

Jerry   August 15th, 2007 - 10:13 pm

She wasn’t arrested based solely on her being intoxicated – she was arrested for her behavior. She was threatening and abusive. It is plain to see that she was struggling with the police (and let’s not put the chicken before the egg suggesting she was merely trying to escape the cruel grasp of overzealous police – oink). I don’t care if she had an 0.03 BAC or a 0.23. She was intoxicated and acting disorderly.

The only way an attorney would take her case would be to hope for a quick settlement as this case has little to no merit as a violation of any civil rights.

Kelly   August 15th, 2007 - 10:54 pm

So, she isn’t legally drunk, she didn’t break the law, yet this station is ok embarrassing her publicly? I hope she sues the shit out of them.

HungLo   August 15th, 2007 - 11:37 pm

Chick is having a psychiatric emergency. She should be in a psych 5150 hold, not in a drunk tank. She needs a shot of Haldol.

Jason   August 16th, 2007 - 12:20 am

MARRY ME PLEASE!!! :)

osmar souza   August 16th, 2007 - 12:42 am

good luck to this brave woman.

Todd Adams   August 16th, 2007 - 1:24 am

This is what is deemed worthy to be considered as televised news? What a shame….she may well have been out of control and making a fool of herself etc….but we need to see this on TV? There are enormous, pressing issues that demand America’s attention….Issues that impact our nation and the world and the best we can do is this??! WTF??

If this is what impresses and is demanded by our fellow citizens then we deserve the govt, the society, the problems that go unresolved and unaddressed.

Roberta   August 16th, 2007 - 2:53 am

Well, I am a flight attendant in Canada. And I must say that I was shocked that the aircraft got as far as it did prior to turning back.
The thought I would be thinking with this co worker is ” would they be able to save me in the event of an evacuation?” ? This gal doesn’t give you a hope in hell. Why didn’t the Captain see this prior to boarding when all the crew are on the aircraft, and what the hell was wrong with the co workers for waiting so long to advise one of their crew was a disaster waiting to happen !!??
Hopefully all we do for you is answer your call button and get you a drink or a snack, but if we have to save your life – and that’s why we are there and highly trained to do so,you want us alert and fully able. Shame on the crew for waiting so long to advise the Captain.

Jack Kerouwack   August 16th, 2007 - 6:36 am

Forget about the flight attendant — how sad is it to be the newsreader for “Channel 46″ in Lexington, KY? Maybe in a couple of years she’ll work her way up the food chain to a bigger market, like Paducah.

I'm Right - You're Left   August 16th, 2007 - 7:15 am

I’ll drink to that!

Raphael   August 16th, 2007 - 9:08 am

HAHAHAHAHAHAA
FU***** FLIGHT ATTENDANT!
=]

SO says   January 17th, 2008 - 5:40 pm

WHERES THE BLANKETS HILL ?

[...] it isn’t only the pilots that are tossing a few back before a flight.  This poor girl, I don’t think she is ever going to live this one down.  What’s with the crawling around on the floor at the end?  How many of those little [...]
