I think most of America feels the same way Mr. Pawlenty!

KingA   January 27th, 2010 - 8:20 am

I heard this live, and was wondering, “Which one? Pelosi, or Obama?”

roger b.   January 27th, 2010 - 8:25 am

Someone need to pick this up as their mantra… they will waltz into power!

He’s going after the “homey” vote, biatches!

Why didn't you stop Al Franken & ACORN in Minnesota?   January 27th, 2010 - 9:08 am

I’m sure Pawlenty is a great man, but he did ZERO, NADA, ZILCH, NYET, to stop the corrupt election recount results in Minnesota when he had the FULL POWER to do so. Nope, Pawlenty is not the candidate we need.

Buford T Justice   January 27th, 2010 - 9:13 am

Could be Pelosi….could be Nobama…….all Liberal men are emasculated drones with their nuts snipped….Pelosi = big b!tch….Barry = little b!tch

Harry   January 27th, 2010 - 9:15 am

He said spending “bidge” (not bit*h)by accident. A genuine slip of the tongue. This was nothing else.

Calvin&Hobbes   January 27th, 2010 - 9:38 am

Way to go Timmy, Americans agree.

Pelosi, the Socialist, mistakenly believes our money is her money.

STOP THE SPENDING, YOU WITCH

Joe Ryder   January 27th, 2010 - 10:10 am

He had it right the first time.

Spence   January 27th, 2010 - 10:15 am

Wow. Since when does mispronouncing a word qualify as news?

Joe Public   January 27th, 2010 - 10:23 am

Hey now, talk like that just might get you elected president. By the way, she is one.

Ann   January 27th, 2010 - 10:33 am

She’s the “Wicked Witch of the West.” Maybe she would melt away if we doused her with water.

Lane Wolleson   January 27th, 2010 - 10:49 am

If you folks have ever watched plenty of Pawlenty in the past, you know that he is fair and far too statesmanlike. He is too non-visceral a man to make this insertion intentionally. The question to ask, if you really believe this is intentional is this: “Has he made such comments in the past”. For my liking, he is always too soft-spoken and fails to call it as it is too often. He is a nice guy. Period. This was not intentional. So get over this. I didn’t see a smirk or anything in his eyes or demeanor to suggest that this was anything other than a misspoken word.

There was another time in the distant past when our esteemed governor had another
unintentional slip of the tongue while talking about the small black object that
hockey players shove about with sticks. The MN media had a good time with that
one, too. I think people need to relax, it’s not freudian, it’s just a tongue-stumble.
Happens to the best of us…

Jim Lindgren   January 27th, 2010 - 1:12 pm

He is saying “Bidge.” It’s as if he substituted a D for an N. I don’t think it’s a slip into a different word, just a mispronunciation of a word that he hasn’t quite made conversational for himself.

Why is Paul Kirk still voting?   January 27th, 2010 - 2:15 pm

Scott Brown is the duly elected & qualified Senator of Massachusetts per the Constitution. So, why is Paul Kirk still voting when he isn’t the Senator anymore? If Scott Brown isn’t to be seated until 2/10, then there should only 59 Senators currently residing in the Senate. Kirk voted this week against the cancellation of TARP and just stated he will vote to confirm Bernanke. http://legalinsurrection.blogspot.com/2010/01/why-is-paul-kirk-still-voting.html
