Enacted an energy policy that aims to cut C02 emissions, but allows more drilling, tar sands development, and nuclear power plant construction.

Compare that to Obama's rhetoric and actions over the last 2 years.

Result: 266,000 more Canadians are working this year than this date last. According to Bureau of Labor Statistics data a whopping 19,000 more Americans are working this year than this date last. America has 9.2 X Canada's population which means its result is equal to 2,447,000 more employed over the last 12 months, or 204,000 per month. America a tepid 1600 a month.
