If congress starts “deeming bills passed” without voting, what’s to stop the Imposter President from “deeming congress rubber stamps” all of his orders? If they start deeming, Congress is OBSOLETE – IRRELEVANT!

This is what you get when everyone ignores that Obama is an illegal President. He is not a citizen and has never proved otherwise. Corruption, evil, lawlessness, unethical behavior comes from the top down in any organization. We have a usurper in the White House and the Constitution has already been trampled upon.

But we have individuals like Rush Limbaugh arguing the points of the Constitution that states clearly both houses of Congress need to pass a bill before the President can sign it into law. What does all this matter, the members of Congress can create new procedures to circumvent the rules without worry, for after all, the President isn’t legally the President and we, the people, don’t seem to care!

If some day some members of Congress are brought to trial for treason against the United States, their defense will be that “we” the American people didn’t care that Obama was illegal. And it is true, collectively, we just don’t care!

We have let the mainstream media tell us it is not an issue, but now we are reaping the fruit of letting this cancer grow! Obama was nothing as a candidate, this fraud, this small tumor of a man could have been exposed easily and been removed. But now, Obama the cancer has metastasized, and the cancer is deep and broad. Life threating surgery is our only option. Great hardship is ahead if the surgery is successful, but I’m afraid the patient will not be saved!

May God have mercy upon us!

US Costitution
Article 1
Section 7
All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.

Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States; if he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law. But in all such Cases the Votes of both Houses shall be determined by Yeas and Nays, and the Names of the Persons voting for and against the Bill shall be entered on the Journal of each House respectively. If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in like Manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their Adjournment prevent its Return, in which Case it shall not be a Law.

Every Order, Resolution, or Vote to which the Concurrence of the Senate and House of Representatives may be necessary (except on a question of Adjournment) shall be presented to the President of the United States; and before the Same shall take Effect, shall be approved by him, or being disapproved by him, shall be repassed by two thirds of the Senate and House of Representatives, according to the Rules and Limitations prescribed in the Case of a Bill.

It appears that they are trying to use a twisted, far feched, interpretation of the last paragraph here. But any interpretation cannot conflict with any other provisions of the Constitution. The Constitution says everywhere that a !! 2/3 vote !! is required. “Deem and Pass” and “Reconciliation” are uncostitutional and, if I am correct, any law passed by “Deem and Pass” or “Reconciliation”, since they do not require a 2/3 vote, is illegal and therefore has never actually been law. We are not “too dumb to understand”. Congress, stop acting as if we are. Remember, you only have as much “power” as the people allow you the “Privelege” of having. The US Constitution was written to limit that power, so our government cannot control us. When you stop abiding by the Constitution, “Tyrrany” prevails. Re-read the entire Constitution while your at it. Live up to your oaths of office and uphold and defend our Constitution. Stop trying to destroy it.

Clearly, this process is a violation of Article 1 Section 7 of the Constitution.
If this happens it will go straight to the U.S. Supreme Court under Original
Jurisdiction, where it will be reversed.

The real question to ask now is, “Will Rep. Altmire be complicit with that process, despite his opposition to it?”

Being opposed to the process is irrelevant if he goes along with that same process and votes “yea” anyway. I think we call that “hypocrisy”. The only principled way for him to vote would be to vote against it in protest of that corrupt process!

But that’s the purpose why they plan to use this process in the first place — to permit Congress to be complicit with a destitute process while being complicit with that very process!

Please note. Because so much pressure is being brought to bear on swing vote House Democrats, they’ve fallen into the habit of changing phone numbers, not answering their phones or whatever. The numbers I’m listing are the Washington numbers for these Blue Dogs. Taken from their websites or from the website of Dick Morris. However, you may be able to get a better number or may decide on another way to contact them. Regardless, if our voices are loud enough, they’ll eventually hear is. And vote “no” on ObamaCare. And “yes” to the will of the American people. As you know, the reasons to vote down ObamaCare number in the trillions. But this isn’t just about dollars and cents. It’s about government Obama wanting total control of your lives.

Both figuratively and literally, deciding to call Congress about their ObamaCare vote will be, for many of us, a life and death decision. Government bureaucrats can’t be given the power to override the treatment decisions that are the province of you and your doctor.

You know, most of you I don’t know. And you don’t know Rachel Peepers. I guess you could call me a girl on a mission. What I believe is that America is standing against tyranny from within. We’re united against it. If Washington, Franklin, Adams and the other founding fathers were alive today, I believe they’d say, stand up and be counted. This is our crossing of the Delaware on Christmas Eve. This is our Valley Forge. This is our battle of Saratoga. Nothing less than a turning point in the history of this great nation. Before government Obama does a number on our freedom and our healthcare, let’s make our numbers felt. America, I’m starting to think the progressives are shaking in their boots. They don’t have the votes to ram healthcare down our throats. And they’re the ones starting to blink. Obama is bluffing. Fact is, Obama is all smoke and mirrors; the one that’s being smoked out. The Slaughter Rule is laughable; simply a paper tiger. It’ll never be used. More and more, I’m thinking the whole progressive boat is taking in water from stem to stern. I believe they don’t have the nerve to stand up to us. Right now, they’re busying themselves arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, aka SS Nobama.

You may not realize the power of the people because the people aren’t often called on to wield it. But the creeps who would destroy our healthcare system and our country can feel it. I don’t know if these are the worst of times. But this is our time. And our country. And if some pipsqueak politician thinks he can dictate surrender terms to lil’ ol’ blond haired blue eyed Rachel, well, he’s got another think coming. Government Obama. Government controlled healthcare. I call on you, America, to pick the phone up and put this 2,800 page monstrosity of a Bill out of its misery. We’ve got it in our sights. Now it’s time to pull the trigger.
