How? In what way? Accusation by the posing of a question, rather than stating cause, is commonplace in Congress.

I’m not surprised to see the Senator from the state that recently banned for life
a group handing our pocket constitutions during a fourth of July parade is worried
about who the Justices side with and not whether the case was Constitutional or not.

In fact Dr. Jay Steering an invisible person I just made up who I’m sure holds many
degrees and is an expert in spotting a moron recently reported Sen. Whitehouse

I have to agree with Sen. Lindsay Graham, the Republican from South Carolina who was once a JAG officer in the Air Force.

Does this fool of a senator not understand she has ALREADY
demonstrated that she will NOT do what he asks.

In the Ritchie case, she completely ignored the facts,
strove to conceal and subvert the vital constitutional issues
at question, and ruled yet again so incorrectly that she was
YET AGAIN overturned by the very court upon which she hopes
to serve.

The frightening this is- when she’s a supreme court justice,
for the next 30 or 40 years, there’s NO ONE who can overturn
her terrible, racist political “rulings”!

The truth is- this fool of a senator does not care ONE BIT for
the rule of law, the constitution, or fairness and true judicial
temperament. He only wants another radical, liberal leftist on the
court, so what he cannot accomplish by the will of the people,
he can accomplish by judicial command.

he is a liberal hack from CNN…
every time he talks it is the liberal view…
his claim to fame was as a entertainment lawyer who yakked during OJ Simpson trial…
now he’s a respected legal guy.

Just like William Ayers is a respected historian.

I just want everyone to know that I caught my husband, Sheldon, the senator in the backyard shed with Bawney Fwank sucking his Kawk. I grabbed a fly swatter and beat Sheldon and Bawney really hard, but they both enjoyed it. Sheldon is a pathetic little asssholee liberal with no conscience or deference to truth. He eats out Bawney Fwank’s rosebud assssholee while Bawney does him with a broomstick. That’s the kind of man who went off on the Chief Justice today. I just wanted you all to know. My family warned me not to marry a man named Sheldon. They said it was the name you give an asssswipee and they were right.

I once lived in Rhode Island for many years. The four members of Congress are all as wacky as Al Franken, Pe-lousy, Bonnie Fwank and Hairy Reid. Whitehouse is an inbred W.A.S.P. with a speech impediment that makes Bonnie Fwank sound articulate. He sued the major paint companies for a lead paint deal, lost on appeal to a very liberal R.I. Supreme Court, costing the taxpayers about 12 million. Patrick Kennedy just got out of his 3rd drug rehab a week ago, and wouldn’t say where it was, or what he was treated for. Langevin is wheelchair bound, and justs does what he’s told. And Jack Reed is 5′6″ tall, and has never had an original thought in his life. Demonuts vote for the strangest creatures on this planet.(or Mars, more like)
