Hey, we can’t let this happen! I mean if the government has death panels what will happen to our death panels? We have a great system worked out right now! We don’t cover you older folks because by now you have a “pre-existing” condition. Of course, if you want medical care, then you can always sell your house or…not get it! That’s the same thing as a death panel but we still keep making money!

You didn’t know it but your health is a commodity…you know…like pork bellies or oil. If you aren’t healthy we don’t like to invest in you–you are a losing proposition. Our system is great! Hey Insurance company CEO, I think you forgot the part where elderly are already covered by government health care, but currently don’t have govt. people deciding what will be covered for them.

And you forgot the part where Health Insurance profit margins aren’t high at all despite what dems will tell you. Your argument is a lie.

Your pre-existing condition people aren’t the ones facing “death panels” in the vast majority of cases. It’s elderly insured people who the govt. will decide aren’t worth spending the big bucks on anymore. Currently they get the treatment they need across the board, whether it’s through private or medicaid/medicare.

As far as your pre-existing condition people, republicans have flat out said they’re ok with insurance subsidies for them and find ways to get them insured… so what is your point again?
