Police are trained to “shoot to kill”, not shoot to wound. As long as they perceived the man as a threat, they had the right to continue the gunfire until the threat discontinued.

Hey Fang…kinda hard to think about diversity and inclusiveness when some a$$hole is walking toward you popping off rounds! They did what they were trained to do. Being in law enforcement myself, you’d be surprised how difficult it is to hit a target when under extreme duress (i.e. getting shot at)so you put as many rounds toward the perp as possible. Too bad they didn’t have a riot pump with them and it would have saved the taxpayers the cost of 9mm ammo! Maybe even have saved the gringo’s life as well.
