ok let’s put this in perspective…she has a schedule so that she can maximize the amount of people who get to meet her….as someone who has been to hundreds of these events over the last 10 years as well as other autograph events I’ve been disappointed myself and can understand the feeling. I waited 3 years to finally run into Martin Brodeur at a hotel and he puts an “m” on my photo. Talk about ticked off but hey it’s a chance you take. I got over it and now he’s my least favorite goalie in the NHL. Patrick Roy was oh so much better and rarely turned a fan down and always had a great sig.

Get there early if you want to see her and get your book signed its that simple. If all you’re looking for is a signed book there are some sites that sell her book signed as well as other authors. I plan on being at least 5-6 hours early and expect that I won’t be up front but I’ll get in to see her….

oh forgot, I got no apology from Brodeur about the “m” even after I asked him what the heck that was (the “m” he put on the photo)…if he wasn’t in the mood to sign he should have said so rather than disappoint a fan..at least in MHO…

On that one It’s covered by a local media outlet. There the tv reporter said “several” with wristbands were turned away from a scedueled 1,000 wristband event. They showed a few people with bands who were said to have been turned away. Then they talked to about five people who complained.

Someone just got “several” wristbands that matched the right color. Then they staged and recorded some noise with about ten or so friends in a crowed of real Palin supporters. They Tie that together with a supposed legitimate media report on the Daily Kooks with a few people, “several (I saw about three)with wristbands”. And you’ve created a scandal! That they created!

As a Canadian who like many through out the world, closely follow US politics, I can tell you with complete confidence, that this woman would have been buried beyond page 4 in Canadian newspapers after November 2008, and seldom, if ever, heard from again. It totally baffles us that not only is her ridiculous escapades the lead story on every tabloid site on the web, but there are at least 9 more articles concerning her or her family on what seems every front page of your so called news organizations.

In 2008 I watched her rallies, and listened and watched as she did nothing to quell the violent and inciteful comments from the crowds. All her interviews were cringe-worthy. She should not have been there, it was a joke!

2009 and the media won’t let it go. With all the hard news and super important issues the US is dealing with, this makes most people sick. Why aren’t people out in the street protesting and rallying for Health Care, Health Insurance reform, credit card crap and getting your (and Our) soldiers home?

So I watched some of the latest interviews, thinking that perhaps she’s developed or morphed into someone newsworthy. Nope. More word-salad. Same-old stuff, different year.

Seems that America’s priorities are upside down at the moment and I just don’t understand how anyone could possibly consider her to run for political office, of any kind. We are living in dangerous times when videos like this one try to form public opinion that is positive and change it into a negative event. Anything and everything can be photo-shopped along with video and sound track. I didn’t see what I heard on the sound track of this video. Deception is the rule today with any media we see and hear. Anti-whatever can post videos with or without sound, and add other sound track later to make it seem like they are supporters turned Rogue, but are not. In this video, supporters looked sincere, but espouse ridiculous ideas and notions according to the sound track.

It takes a special spirit to interpret what is going on in our world today. Everything is an illusion…like a magic act that you can swear “it was real. Today’s media of video, sound tracks, and commentary can only be taken for what it is…something to be considered, but not necessarily fact or real. It is sad, but true. We are living in an age of deception! Very scary!
