Between Henry Waxman(Rep,D-CA) and Ed Markey (Rep, D-MA)it’s a toss-up who’s more boring. The two are a better combination than an overdose of sleeping pills. Both represent states in serious financial trouble, but they’d rather affect the country than their respective, bankrupt, states. And, if they have their way, they will.
Since Waxman-Markey are supposed to be champions of climate change,there is the Michigan way of reducing warming they should be aware of. This morning, Michigan reported temperatures in the 50s F. (July?)The key to reducing warming is to have two auto factories fail, severe job loss,home losses, and an overspending welfare Governor(Granholm) who can’t understand how Gov. Rick Perry of Texas makes his state work so well. No problem, the Democrats love failing business, they want government to control everything anyway. Michigan’s unions have finally produced a utopian place for themselves, except that their partner, the Obama government, won’t make union payroll into perpetuity. Air conditioning won’t be needed in the Wolverine State as long as they can keep productivity to their newly discovered minimum. The idea is to run the state into obscurity and that they’ve accomplished. Therefore, there’ll be lower taxes due to less use of energy. Well done, Michigan!
Finally, Granholm stumbled onto a plan that works, but Michagan doesn’t!
