Yeah, physical contact wasn’t called for, and it was wrong and illegal …. but this seems like a SET-UP. “I’m just a student.” It’s possible that tension may have been diffused had either camera person identified his/herself.

A student wearing a suit? That’s nice. You wingnuts wanna crucify Etheridge when it’s entirely possible that some freakin’ Rethugnikkklans may have set up the whole thing. I can’t wait to learn who the “students” were. It just might be determined that the “students” assaulted Etheridge. Hey, whatever you do, don’t think outside your big RED box.

Doesn’t make any difference who they were. The Congressman is a public servant. He serves at the will of the people. As long as you are not threatening or harassing him (the unedited video clearly shows they were doing neither), you have the right to ask him questions. He has the right to refuse to answer.
