Of course he was a pure Marxist in 1980. He was a Marxist in 2008, and he is one in 2010.
It is well known among conservatives and Constitutionalists that our President had the full, enthusiastic and public support of the Communist Party USA in 2008. The trouble is that, thanks to:
1. An education system that has been infiltrated an corrupted by socialists
2. News media that is largely staffed by socialist political operatives and sympathizers, and that was for years unchallenged by voices from the center or right
and
3. Popular entertainment that is overwhelmingly left-wing biased and very politically active
a lot of voters never heard the message. Or if they did, it was delivered in a manner that made it sound like simple-minded name-calling from the lunatic fringe on the far right. Even the most influential neo-conservative pundits refrained from using the “C” word when referring to Obama, caving in to political correctness, and allowing themselves to be muzzled by the left for fear of being labeled “too extreme”. And sadly, many who heard the message and believed it, simply don’t perceive communism as a threat and hence, voted for him anyway. Many on the left and in the center are totally ignorant of our system of government, and the stark differences between our Constitutional Republic and Marxism. They fail to see the danger, and the fact that socialism is wholly incompatible with the basic structure of American society and government. The result is what we have, which is a war for the survival of the Republic. And astoundingly, many Americans STILL no not recognize that we are at war, right here, on our own soil, and that our Republic, and the liberty that it guarantees, is in grave peril.
For those who doubt that it was publicly known that Obama is a communist in 2008, here are some quotes from a election pamphlet I saved from the Communists Party USA’s own website in 2008. Keep in mind that the CPUSA did not run a candidate in ‘08, and the Democrat primaries were already decided. So they refer to Obama, and no one else:
“A new day is dawning. Our country is at a turning point. This is a time of great possibility.”
“A landslide vote on November 4 can open the way to recovery from the very deep wounds of the Bush administration…”

Like it or not, President Obama was, and is, a communist.
Wait until this creep is out of office, and I’d bet anything that this kind of story will suddenly be everywhere you look. All the things he’s had hidden — like his school transcripts and so forth — it’ll all come out after it doesn’t matter anymore.
Problem is, All of the People still supporting Obama are Marxist themselves and think that they are getting something from the Deal. Everyone in Congress Still Supporting Obama are going to get their Pockets Lined unless they wind up in Early Retirement, Prison, Gitmo or Worse.

You are right when you say that many Americans don’t know what communism is. But I think it’s unfair to attack us as “the most stupid people on the planet”, and to damn our entire population to a Dark Age of communist control. Is it really fair to blame us for allowing to the cancer of socialism to progress unchecked, when it is obvious that it has been brought to us by design in slow, incremental steps, across generations? Given that socialists have a stranglehold on our education system, our news media, our entertainment our legal system, how do you propose that American learn of the evils of socialism?
You state that it was American bankers who brought communism to Russia and Eastern Europe decades ago. Let us, for the sake of argument, accept your assertion as 100% factual. So then, does not your wish for retributive justice, by allowing this Republic to be strangled under the jackboot of these 21st century Stalinists, amount to nothing more than blood guilt? We are Americans, the sons of our fathers. Since they, (all of them presumably), brought communism to Eastern Europe, then we should pay the penalty for their crimes. Is that your position? I hope not.
Remember that there are many of us in America who still are, and have been, vehemently opposed to what has happened to our country, and are willing to die to stop it, if necessary. But our enemy is powerful, determined, entrenched, and they have a big head start on us.

But, what really surprises me is how many people were so blind that they couldn’t see thru this “transparent” individual…WITHOUT having any of this information. Their sense of survival had been dulled by years of living off the fat of the land…never really having to defend themselves from this type of enemy attack. “Hope & Change” only meant more fat living for them.

The Dr that is being interviewed says early on that he too was a communist, but that he converted in the mid 80s. I find it very arrogant and narcisstic that he’s calling his latest campaign a “Save the Senate Tour.” Does he still think he’s a rock star with his plunging numbers? He’s delusional and the sooner we can get rid of this piece of trash, the better off this country will be. I believe his ‘Save the Senate Tour’ will only be a kiss of death for those he is campaigning for. And in Las Vegas?? Didn’t this buffoon say we shouldn’t go to LV? Your assertion that the terms “Marxist” and “socialist” are politically correct code words for “n1gg@r” is absurd on it’s face. The anger and fury you see here and elsewhere, with very few exceptions, have absolutely nothing to do with his skin color. They have everything to do with his hostility to the American Constitutional Republican form of government; his party’s colossal mishandling of our nations economy; and his utter hypocrisy relative to his promise of an honest, open, transparent, efficient and competent administration. You don’t have to look very far at all on this forum to see scathing criticism of Pelosi, Biden, Reid, McCain and many others who are as white as white gets.

I read Dreams from my Father, and it pretty well exposes Obama as anti-white and anti American. He should have stayed in Africa or Indonesia with one or both of the men who called themselves his father. And you wonder why he’s screwed up? Read the book.
