Why is it that people like this Guy thinks that people who don't go to College are stupid or not as smart as those who do go to College ? I myself and many of my Friends didn't attend College an believe me, were probably smarter, more intelligent, have more common Sense than 90% of those people who do attend College !!! For BO and Congress to allow the Bush Tax Cuts to expire would not be a smart move, The Bush Tax Cuts held many sectors of the Economy in check because of these Tax Cuts, now if we go in the opposite direction and move away from the Bush Tax Cuts and just allow 99% of Americans to not have to pay any Taxes what so ever and get a Check beck after ever April 15th for the next 2-1/2 years this Country will really be in the Chitter and UE will be way up over 20% if not higher than it currently is which most "Smart People " put it conservatively around 17% not counting those who are no longer counted !!

CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC will by the years end or shortly thereafter will be non existent and will leave those like Fox News, and a handful of other Media outlets to pick up the slack for the ones who have yet to be convinced we need to build this economy up by American Job's, not Imports but American Made Exports !!!

I see that the Communist News Network (CNN) is staying true to form by continuing to spew out bogus information and outright lies. First of all, many commentators and field reporters at Fox News do have college degrees. Secondly, I've never heard Fox News say that rich people should be taxed "less" in proportion to the rest of the country. The problem is Obama is wanting to substantially "raise" taxes on the wealthy and thereby putting them at a proportionate disadvantage to the rest of country by comparison. In other words, Obama is trying to 'squeeze' taxes from the wealthy and doing so unfairly in my opinion. Besides, it is the wealthy in this country that create jobs and who open businesses and who buy lavish and expensive retail products and thus are stimulating the economy and creating even more jobs in the process.

That is why I believe a "fair tax" should be considered making taxes more equal and fair throughout the entire economic tax spectrum and thus eliminating "predatory" tax rates that target a particular tax bracket or brackets. And thirdly, the black 'professor' he was talking to said nary a word knowing all to well the guy who was doing the talking was slightly off his rocker and just let him blather away until the segment ended. Smart professor indeed.

Some of the most successful people I know, never attended college. I know of one college professor that went into business for himself and did quite well, and I am sure there are others. Then there are plenty of intelligent professors blessed with good common sense, that being said, there are many people that have graduated college and some went on to become professors, that can't poor piss out of a boot with directions on the heel. As someone with a PhD, need I point out that some of the best presidents we ever had never went to college: George Washington and Abe Lincoln, among seven others, including Harry Truman? As someone who works with PhDs in a university, I would have to say that I trust the judgment of Rush and Beck over many of my liberal, elitist colleagues. Rick is typical of someone who thinks he is superior, but the truth is he feels inferior so he puts on this act. People who are confident in their own knowledge value people with all experiences and insights. Formal education is not the only education in life.

I banged nails, was a cop, and then had Fortune 100 jobs, and I can tell you I'll take the common wisdom of most blue collar people over most of the people I went to school with who couldn't see through the crap we were being handed in college. Two things, Rick–one, the talk show hosts of which you speak are correct. Lower taxes will cause economic recovery and two, they are educated, Rick–fact is, Mark Levin has a Juris Doctorate. Rush and Glenn has self-educated far beyond your capability. Michael Savage has a Doctorate.

Intelligence does not equate to morality or common sense. Conservative talk radio is highly successful because it relies on common sense, logic and goodness. Liberal radio fails because their ideas cannot stand up to scrutiny. His example of the rich and taxes makes little sense. The simple logic is the more rich people the better for all because their money creates business's and jobs. May we all be rich someday. Stop the envy of others who have more.

Freedom rocks is probably right, but on the off chance that he does accomplish this insurmountable task, and provided he is able to keep his head in the real world for a few minutes, he may do some research to find out that 'college educated' and 'smart' are not synonymous. Clint Eastwood, Bill Gates (as well as the other co-founder of Microsoft whose name escapes me), Thomas Edison and Albert Einstein are some examples of those who dropped out.
