This selection of using the BLCC to build this building was made AFTER 9/11 – The AUDACITY ! It was only after a few years of trying to “manage” the PR fiasco that the builder was designated to be another firm – but BLCC stayed involved. The audacity of the UAE to build the worlds tallest bldg using the Bin Laden Construction company – anyone have a problem with that but me ?
