Look, if anyone ever has ridden a school this incident can partially be understood. The kid who was savagely beaten was looking for a seat, located one, and attempted tp take the seat. The kid in the seat did not want anyone to sit next to him. The kid trying to sit, elbowed his way onto the seat; there was words exchanged; and the kid “protecting his seat” for no legitimate reason became inordinately violent by attacking the kid. There will be jail time (dependening on age) possible even for aggravated assault. PERIOD. To begin discussing this issue in any other terms animosity based on ethinicity is besides the point. The point is a kid committed assault on another kid. ALL crime, especially the type seen on this video, are HATE crimes. HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. – Police say an 18-year-old Hofstra University student was gang-raped by five men on campus early Sunday morning.
19-year-old Jesus Ortiz and 21-year-old Rondell Bedward, both of the Bronx were arraigned on rape charges on Monday. Ortiz also face grand larceny charges for allegedly stealing the woman’s mobile phone.
19-year-old Stalin Felipe, of the Bronx, and 20-year-old Kevin Taveras, of Brentwood, Long Island were to be arraigned Tuesday in Hempstead.
Police say Bedward is a Hofstra University student.
In March, several Hofstra University students were arrested on drug and weapons charges after a showdown over cocaine in a school dorm room.

There is so much black on white crime in the USA that is never called what it really is: Black racist criminal activity. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and look into the History of the “Dark Continent” (that would be Africa). Is it a Hate Crime if it is Black on Black? The African continent has been bathed in blood, and human atrocities for centuries. Now granted the white man (in the form of European settlers) has been responsible for some of this carnage, but I submit to you the simple facts of the various and egregious crimes that have been ongoing in various parts there for a long, long, time between different ethnic groups/tribes. Think Ruwanda, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Angola, etc. I think nearly every country in Africa has had civil war or war of some kind or another. Even during the slave trade years it was often the coastal tribes working for, with, or as opportunity presented to send raiding parties inland and steal/capture whole peoples that they would then sell to the slavers.
I also find it laughable how you so blindly label the “tea partiers” as racist. Please enlighten us, how is it that protesting – grotesque government spending, government power grabs, and downright government unconstitutionally supported behavior is somehow racist? Especially when there are certainly many more white House and Senate supporters for this crap then there are African-Americans?

The unfortunate incident on the bus could happen anywhere between any kids, unfortunately, because of the social disorder that continues to be sowed by the left, everytime that a crime happens between folk of different skin tones it is suddenly a “hate crime.” Whether racially motivated or not this crime is a by-product of a God-less society as is the horrendous number of abortions each year, the rampant promiscuity, the blatant and everincreasing promulgation of pornography, the breakdown of the family, etc.
People, fellow Americans, I implore us to pray for one another, especially for people we see involved in crimes like the one in this article – and for all of the parties involved and not just the ones physically involved. Look, if anyone ever has ridden a school this incident can partially be understood. The kid who was savagely beaten was looking for a seat, located one, and attempted tp take the seat. The kid in the seat did not want anyone to sit next to him. The kid trying to sit, elbowed his way onto the seat; there was words exchanged; and the kid “protecting his seat” for no legitimate reason became inordinately violent by attacking the kid. There will be jail time (dependening on age) possible even for aggravated assault. PERIOD. To begin discussing this issue in any other terms animosity based on ethinicity is besides the point. My wife and I are homeschooling ours and they are scoring three grade levels above their’s on the SAT test. We used to be Democrats but, since the Liberals have gone off the cliff we have become very conservative in our outlook now. The Socialist Agenda in California schools is over the top. Home Schooling is the way to go and you don’t have to worry about them getting beat up on the bus.
