Unless I'm missing something the video opens with a couple of guys standing there surrounded by thugs holding signs up 2 inches from their face. I'd certainly start filming the guy after he starts in with violence. The camera man would be remiss not to.

What a load of crap – when are these people going to learn how to use a video camera and start doing covert video from across the street if necessary to get the whole picture or at least out of the middle of the pushing and shoving match – you can't see anything at all if the video camera is knocked out of the hands. Is that the only camera they can afford?

All this vid showed was patches of red, blue sky and pavement – it would be laughed out of court. They need people videoing from farther back, out of the action, to show what happened. They need someone with covert video so they don't become a target and get pushed around so they can't video what is happening.

There can be no valid complaint about a person with a camera in an outdoor, public venue. Period. When the young fellow started filming has no bearing on the issue at hand.

I expect more of this type of thing to come. I believe Administration is just polishing their process now, so they can use this tactic to silence dissent at moments of their own choosing before important elections. The only excuse they need will be "abuse" is occurring on this server.

That's what they want, to use a few of their expendables to beat the crap out of a few good men, then get all the surrounding union members to lie in court about the events. Sure, the union guy(s), might, just might, go to jail, but it will instill fear into the hearts of others who might consider defending themselves against the union goons. And you can bet the union will take good care of the goons doing the dirty work. What does it matter to a union goon about going back to prison for a few months?

What needs to happen, and what would be justice, is a successful lawsuit against the union with hefty punitive damages against the union. Taking their money is what will hurt them, since that's what it is all about, money. These assaults by the union goons are union sponored and approved, a conspiracy, organized crime, an ongoing criminal enterprise. Until Obama is out of office the unions have the criminal upper hand. If Obama gets Kagan installed on the SCOTUS, and then just one more corrupt liberal, game over for America.
