Hey Arnold…start by telling the “illegals” within your state that are now living off the welfare, healthcare and schooling to go home…you are broke…there is no more money to feed the family…let alone “illegal” visitors!

Do that…and you will save millions for the “citizens” of your state and your country!

That would be the best start…Arnold!
