California Artist Sues AP Over Image Of Obama

AP: An artist who created a famous image of Barack Obama before he became president sued The Associated Press on Monday, asking a judge to find that his use of an AP photo in creating the poster did not violate copyright law.

Hey, ahole-artist! Didn’t you ever hear of ASKING PERMISSION before you arrogantly rip off someone else’s work???? If you had asked POLITELY BEFOREHAND, they might’ve said OK. Or if they’d said NO, you probably would’ve had to go find some other source for your so-called “ARTISTIC INSPIRATION.” Instead, you sneaked around and stole their intellectual property, and now you whine about their charges of copyright infringement. Hope you LOSE big time and have to pay them a WAD of CASH! People EVERYWHERE need to learn to respect BOUNDARIES and COPYRIGHTS.
