An oil-spill worker who had worked during the Valdez spill was interviewed & he has had respiratory problems to the point of carrying an inhaler with him at all times today, ever since the Valdez episode. He said he shutters for all first responders combing the beaches- & knows they have had gag orders placed on them by BP to not speak to the press.
Fishermen who now work for BP & are attempting skimming oil, are also on notice from BP, with signed waivers to not talk to the press. Or they will lose their job & be sued possibly for slander. Hell of a thing to do to 3rd generation shrimpers who worked in their backyard independently all this time- how American of BP-
