strongly appears that there may actually have been some backroom deal

above. Obama says he has the sole right and ability to make decisions
for the States. Obama forbade Arizona Governor Jan Brewer from
attempting to protect her State and its citizens from foreign invasion.
Obama encouraged a foreign government (Mexico) to also file a lawsuit
against the US State of Arizona! This is patently treasonous behavior
being affected and committed by the Usurper Obama. Obama is also
gearing up to enact lawsuits against and to fight all other sovereign US
States filing lawsuits against the blatantly unconstitutional
ObamaCare. Again…with YOUR tax dollars and against the consent of the
governed — now known as "the ruled "

3. D of I: " He [King George] has refused to pass other laws
for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people
would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature, a right
inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only."

A. Current: He [Obama] told Senator Jon Kyl (R-AZ) that he will
NOT protect the border and the American people until Republicans agree
to immigration reform — aka "Amnesty." Again, the usurper is refusing
to protect American citizens unless they submit to his will. And,
again, treason, folks — purely and simply.

4. D of I: "He [King George] has obstructed the administration
of justice, by refusing his assent to laws for establishing judiciary
powers."

A. Current: "He [Obama] and his DOJ overturned a legal decision
— perpetrators caught on video — against Obama-supporters The New Black
Panthers who blocked and threatened white voters in Philadelphia.
According to sworn testimony before a Congressional Committee, former
DOJ Attorney J. Christian Adams said that Obama's DOJ has no intention
of upholding the Voting Rights Act if white people are the victims and
black people are the perpetrators. Adams said that in November 2009
Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes also stated about the
voter list integrity (including listed dead people, felons, people who
had moved out of the area etc.): "We have no interest in enforcing this
provision of the law. It has nothing to do with increasing turnout, and
we are just not going to do it!" Obama and his faux "department of
justice" are clearly no longer following or enforcing the law of the
land.

He, through Holder, allows them to get away with things and they are going to push the envelope. It will take another group of equally radical "whit*ys" or a change in Attorney General and shake up of the Justice Department before this stops.

Obama does not dare reject the Panther's racism. They would have no qualms about taking him out.

offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and

A. Current: He [Obama] created ObamaCare for and with the

"offices" than any other POTUS in history.

There are more similarities — if not exact matches — between the
tyrannies employed by King George III and those now being affected
against the American people by Obama and his Marxist regime. I
encourage everyone to read or reread the extraordinary Declaration of
Independence. When tyrannies become so apparent that said tyranny and
oppression of the people are seen in the light of day we must
acknowledge them, warn others and prepare to fight in earnest. If not,
we will lose all hope of freedom and liberty today and into the future.
We will have become slaves to the Police State; this time Obama's.

For the Left, inclined to dismiss this site and its consumers, this will no doubt seem racist, an unhealthy obsession with racial politics. For the Right, these posts on Breitbart are a helpful corrective to the silence coming from other media outlets about these stories.

The Left is doing quite a bit of harm to race relations in America, ironically just as we have the first black president. It has been "crying wolf" when there is no wolf, crying "racism" where there is only legitimate dissent. What's more, the Left's media establishments are remaining silent on the Black Panther story and the false allegations of the N-word.

The former is an affront to civil liberties of all Americans. (Think of Martin Luther King's "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere")

The latter is as damaging as crying "rape" where there is no "rape". It vilifies innocent people as perpetrators, and it undermines the credibility of the person who cries "rape" or "racism" when such evils actually occur.

Something struck me recently. When police get word of a crime they respond to, what is one of the very, first things they do? Ans: Obtain a 'description' of the perp and info on where the person went if possible. They'll get information from a victim or witnesses that the perp was of thus and such a culture, so tall, of such a build, age-range, wearing such clothing, etc. If the perp used a vehicle to escape, that information would also be sought – the perp was driving a whatever color, whatever age-range make/model vehicle.

Point: ALL OF THIS IS "PROFILING," pure and simple. If the suspect being sought for was a 19 year-old caucasian kid (like the recent "Barefoot Bandit") the cops would NOT be searching for a mid-forties Mexican or Black! More below…

So the insinuation of the left, that pulling over, stopping, investigating, or seeking out, any person for any, legitimate criminal offense constitutes racial profiling is completely fallacious. Police MUST obtain information as to the general identity of someone they're searching for if the person wasn't apprehended directly by them and, if they were, the person's culture is an irrelevant issue.

The thing the left hates – especially all the open borders crowd – is the fact that, if a perp happens to be directly encountered for an offense, their immigration status can now legitimately and legally be questioned (regardless of their appearance), whereas before they had autonomy to keep their illegal status safely hidden. This is what bakes their cookies.

I don't know the answer to that question but I do know they're both classless and tasteless.
