Didn't the Messiah look kind of wee weed up when the kid stood up to him?

Bringing up the US Post Office was the kind of mistake only an arrogant like Obama could make. Doesn't he recognize that most Americans - well, Conservative Americans - DO NOT WANT Govt. health care for precisely the same reasons we use UPS and Fed Ex and NOT the US Post office?! The US Postal Service cannot even figure out how to design decent stamps for heaven's sake. Public schools, for the most part, cannot manage to produce well educated students - and now we are supposed to turn our health care over to the people who cannot functionally and cost effectively maintain our public roads and bridges? I don't think so.

We need LESS insurance (both private and govt. programs like Medi'cade/care) not more. Insurance has driven the cost of medical care up. Less insurance = bringing costs down. How to start a revolution? We need to collectively burn our insurance policies.

Per the president himself: UPS and FEDEX are better run than USPS, the government run mail delivery system. So let's embrace this new government run, single payer system... Maybe he should have a chest mounted prompter...

Hey you stupid libs, get the change you wanted?

Because the Insurance companies care for you soooo much...

BTW...... The death panels have been year for over 20 years, where have all you been during that time?

http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/Weekend/story?id=8337500&page=1

The insurance companies already make the determination of whether or not your gonna get coverage for a particular item. They determine if they are going to pay for an item you need, and how much of it you will get.

So why have you not been up in arms before now??? Why only now are you raising cane? When all along this has been going on.... Because you don't really care about any of this, it's just about apposing to make a scene and to cut off your nose to spite your face.

Canada's top doctor: Health care system 'imploding'...
Overhauling health-care system tops agenda at annual meeting of Canada's doctors
http://www.google.com/hostednews/canadianpress/article/ALeqM5jbjzPEY0Y3bvRD335rGu_Z3KXoQw

SASKATOON — The incoming president of the Canadian Medical Association says this country's health-care system is sick and doctors need to develop a plan to cure it.

Dr. Anne Doig says patients are getting less than optimal care and she adds that physicians from across the country - who will gather in Saskatoon on Sunday for their annual meeting - recognize that changes must be made.

"We all agree that the system is imploding, we all agree that things are more precarious than perhaps Canadians realize," Doing said in an interview with The Canadian Press.

"We know that there must be change," she said. "We're all running flat out, we're all just trying to stay ahead of the immediate day-to-day demands."

The pitch for change at the conference is to start with a presentation from Dr. Robert Ouellet, the current president of the CMA, who has said there's a critical need to make Canada's health-care system patient-centred. He will present details from his fact-finding trip to Europe in January, where he met with health groups in England, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands and France.

His thoughts on the issue are already clear. Ouellet has been saying since his return that "a health-care revolution has passed us by," that it's possible to make wait lists disappear while maintaining universal coverage and "that competition should be welcomed, not feared."

In other words, Ouellet believes there could be a role for private health-care delivery within the public system.

He has also said the Canadian system could be restructured to focus on patients if hospitals and other health-care institutions received funding based on the patients they treat, instead of an annual, lump-sum budget. This "activity-based funding" would be an incentive to provide more efficient care, he has said.

“Barry Bonds: We know who is writing the laws” – NO WE DON’T The ELECTED Representatives do not write the bills. STAFF write the bills.
True Healthcare Reform:
A) Tort Reform: Cap litigation settlements, stop frivolous law suits
B) Insurance Companies: Reasonable malpractice fees
C) Credits to Medical Students-who won’t have to work for the government for 10 years after graduation.

The Democrats voted the Medicare funds from the secure account into the General Fund then spent it. For those of us who have paid into the Medicare all of our working lives are now going to experiance less medical coverage than ever."

Not even close to what the problem is.... Clearly, you just regurgitate what your told.

A) Less than 1% of the problem
B) Less than 1% of the problem
C) Not even clear to what the hell your talking about.

• Malpractice is the culprit Doctors say their worries about lawsuits drive them to order costly tests and procedures that their patients do not actually need. Malpractice reform will help save money, but not as much as some people believe. **** The Congressional Budget Office estimates that while tort reforms could lower malpractice-insurance premiums for physicians by as much as 25 to 30 percent, the overall savings to our health care system would be a minuscule one-half percent.****

The largest problem is the administrative costs..... The admin cost of Medicare/Medicade is 4-5 cents on the dollar, while Insurance companies are 20-25 Cents.

The second largest issue is the fact that people don't have "health care", and no going to any Emergency room is not "Health Care". It is EMERGENCY CARE! Health care is being able to go do a doctor and get an issue looked at before it becomes critical that you have to go to an Emergency Room.

he never did answer the question. He talks a lot of BS and loves to hear himself talking that he forgets the question.
He simply refuses to answer a question simply and correctly!
I think the American People are waking up to the shear horror this man has planned for this country and are now starting to fight back. He and his thugs do not represent what America is. He said we were not a Christian nation. Oh really, and who's benefit did you say that for obie, your muslim family and friends?
I'm glad it only took 7 months of his BS to shine thru, now we can fight back for the next 3 years, voting every piece of trash in the white house out!

Great job, Zach!

On 9/15, you perplexed the President with your question on the "public-option", and the next day 9/16, the "public-option" looks like it will be scrapped.

Now, if only Obama would accept your challenge on the rest of Obamacare...

Thanks for the question, Zach.

Now- sit back down while I stammer and stutter in circles for 5 minutes, say a lot of words that mean nothing, and completely ignore your question. Maybe I'll make a cell call or two...

Oh, and by the way, both PRIVATE businesses I mention, are doing great despite strict restrictions on what they can do, while the GOVERNMENT RUN Postal Service is doing terrible, despite having a federally mandated monopoly on 1st class mail.

So trust me Zach, TRUST ME!
I am the Obama!
I can make health care run as good as the Post Office, the DMV and Social Security!
