That is a sexual assault. The officer should be charged with that crime. The suspect was already on the ground and handcuffed. Even if a taser shot was necessary to get him to stop resisting arrest, blasting him in the a$$ was extreme and shows that something is wrong with the officer’s state of mind. He should definitely be off the force immediately.
