I personally have witnessed this and I also have personally seen the CNN cameras show up and video the SAME one or two questionable signs at two different Tea Party Rallies on the SAME day. Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
BTW…Here is another PESKY FACT: The vote in the House was 144 to 44 with 35 members not voting. The House vote was almost entirely along party lines with no Democrats supporting the bill and only 3 Republicans voting against it.

When they showed up we were ready to denounce, point-out, and ashame anyone that would try to show racism or acts that were not intune with our core beliefs. They were asked to leave and almost forced out by true Tea Party Activists.

I believe it was Woodrow Wilson (Democrat) in the 30's that segregated the military & schools that previously were not segregated.
Another interesting fact is that the 3/5ths clause came about because the North did not want the Southern states to count their slave population as a way to receive more members of Congress & be able to out-vote the North on slave issues.

Some of the southern blacks had long successful careers in the federal government, such as Senators and, I believe, a speaker of the house.
Notice in the previous paragraph I used the term 'many', not 'all'. While there was injustice before the civil rights act, since LBJ and the democrats 'great society', the black culture has gone to Hell. The black family is gone, the black neighborhood is gone (now it's a ghetto). The black middle class is gone.
