I agree that the Birth Certificate is a Smoke Screen. The Birth Certificate doesn’t Matter! What Matters is that his Father Barack Obama Sr Was an African (NON US) Citizen attending College in Hawaii on a Student Visa and Married US Citizen Stanley Ann Dunham. She Gave Birth to Barack Obama II. Baracks OWN fight the Smears Website states that he was a British Citizen AT BIRTH. Therefore he was not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN and therefore is not Qualified to be President of the United States. That is the Main Problem that he has. If AT BIRTH he was a BRITISH CITIZEN, then AT BIRTH he was not a US Citizen. Thats why the Constitution states Natural Born Citizen. AT BIRTH….Natural BORN. Why doesn’t anybody get this, and why don’t any REAL REPORTERS investigate this?????

The real legal issue is not the birth certificate; it’s the fact that Obama was a Kenyan (British) citizen at birth thru his father under the British Nationality Act of 1948, making him at best a dual citizen. The founders intended to exclude foreign influence from the office of president, and dual citizens are certainly an example of being subject to foreign influence. What is so hard understanding this is about SO much more than a birth certificate. These losers need to take investigative reporting 101. Zeros dad was a citizen of Africa. Plus BHO has spent a small fortune on lawyers to keep his academic records from grade school through his college years from being released to the public as well. “That” my friends is the antithesis of openness and honesty, which he kept harping on during his presidential campaign that if elected he would promise to bring about a new era of transparency and openness in his administration. As we are finding out Barack Obama is anything “but” transparent now that he has actually been elected. Look who he has running his administration for heaven’s sake! None other than several of his cronies from the south side of Chicago to name just a few. Gangsta in Gangsta out I always say. They say you can tell more about a man than almost anything else by simply observing the people he associates with and calls his friends. The solution to this whole issue is really quite simple. All Barack Obama has to do is forsake his cover-up mentality and release his “original” ‘long form live birth certificate’ for public scrutiny. That’s it. If he indeed has nothing to hide he most assuredly would and should release it. If, on the other hand, he does indeed have something to hide then you better believe he will most assuredly continue his cover-up shenanigans till the bitter end, when he is out of office and beyond. The tale of an anarchistic, narcotic and parasitic narcissistic ruler of a great nation was told not that long ago; in Mein Kampf and Zweites Buch. I call to America’s attention, Hail Hitler (joke), kind of; we need no brown shirts or Czars, for Obama’s hot air or green gas to keep us in line or alive, we are American’s after all, I pray.
Obama’s tactics, tried and condemned, all failures in history; he wants to repeat on America again. When does a self confessed, crack smoking, cocaine user, rule a great or any nation again? Not even a citizen of that nation, as Hitler was born in Austria not in Germany, and still the question is alive where Obama was born, Hawaii, Kenya or Canada. This regrettably and currently is unresolved in America, for this scandal and situation to happen all over again? I pray to God, the Jesus type to save us, before we all kill each other, over this fraud and impeachable president.
This is a test, a wake up call, don’t be alarmed; go back to sleep and watch ABC, CBS, and NBC, the current level of education taught and believed by some. Let’s forget whether Obama was born in Hawaii or not. Let’s accept the birth certificate that Gibbs, and the likes of Chris Mathews, proudly hold up as proof of Obama’s Hawaiian birth. I say this because the document clearly disqualifies BHO to be POTUS. The document defines his father’s race as “African” (read Kenyan and a British subject). Under British law (and perhaps US law as well), the Father’s nationality passes to the child. By definition, this fact alone disqualifies Obama because he was born a “dual national” and therefore cannot be a “natural born” citizen, as required by the Constitution. Even if he, or his Mother, formally renounced his British/Kenyan citizenship, his status at birth would remain unchanged. I suspect this is the reason Obama’s college records are sealed. He may very well have used his “Kenyan” nationality to gain admission and scholarship advantages.
Wouldn’t it be hilarious if the obviously “FAKE” document posted on the Obama web site, wound up being his downfall. Sadly, unless the Supreme court takes up this case, and rules he is not eligible, the debate is just so much noise. I wish that wasn’t the case, because I’d love to find some way to get that SOB out of the White House.
BTW, I claim the widely circulated birth certificate is a fake because at the time of Obama’s birth, his father’s race would NEVER have been listed as “African”, it would have been “NEGRO”.

The U.S. Constitution starts with “We The People” not I the president or we the congress or we the senate. We the people are about to enter a phase of open unchecked protests, with some being shot dead. History always repeats the good and bad in life; it’s just that the good forgive and forget too much. The bad on the other hand never forget and never forgive. There is no difference intellectually with what Obama is claiming by implication between Carl Marx, Lenin and him. All very bad people who wanted to destroy the existing rule, with their rule.
A simple protest against taxes helped form this nation of America, it was called the Tea Party. Now there are Tea Parties everywhere and yet, not a single sitting politician hears them. There is something vitally wrong with this Obamanation, the demoncrats stand for and by.

(The North and South fought a Civil War, basically to free and end slavery; with 650,000 lives lost, plus many untold injured.) If this is true, Obama is the bigot and racists we all must fear, not Birthers. We simply want some proof and assurance of his claim to be a Natural Born Citizen, as defined by The Constitution of the United States of American, to be president of this great nation, to honor its legacy and heritage. America’s founders wrote the U.S. Constitution, for just this situation, why now through it all away for a treasonous traitor to it, and a vile and inapt congress and senate.

This is not something an innocent man with nothing hide, black or white does to remain “transparent and open” as Obama stated repeatedly to the general public again and again, he claimed when and if he was elected president and soon after the election he again repeated.
Come on folks! Are we being played for perfect fools by a mad X community organizer from Chicago, with an agenda to destroy America from within? His history is that, just that; his confirmed direct association with an unrepentant bomber, as an adult, not an eight year old boy sound bite, Obama used and stated in the election. And Obama’s 23 year, direct association with his Rev. Wright, a God bashing and his black preaching hate against America, Obama knew and listened to for 23 twenty three years of preaching.
This nation of American is much too valuable and beautiful to hand over and let rein any longer by a person of questionable and diabolical philosophies to reign and destroy it. Let it be known to patriotic Birthers, that there is a chance to end this nightmare, before the riots ensue and another civil war starts. It should have been provided BEFORE he ever got elected, but somebody was DERELICT in their duties. Was it that lunatic-clown HOWARD DEAN who failed to do his duty and verify things? WHY hasn’t DEAN spoken out about this and produced some sort of PROOF that all is well? Hmmmm?? After all, if ANYone knows about birth certificates, it would be Doctor Dean, right?!?!
