This looks staged. I don't see a man wearing blue pants with a white stripe in the protest in the beginning. It doesn't show one person shooting at them. People being shot at don't usually stand there and take pictures of people shot in the head. They usually run. It just don't seem right for some reason. What many of those guys were doing was not typical of people being shot at.

Obama would have no problem doing the same if the Protesters were American Citizens….. seeing how Obama has already stated that the American Citizens are his enemy.

There is good evidence that the Nation Guards personnel that did the firing that day, did so in self defense.
There were communist agitators at Kent State that manipulated some of the crowd to to charge the Guard troops while throwing stones, bricks, etc.

Yes, the higher resolution makes the crime clear. The longer version of the clip is simply better documentation of the shooting, with the aftermath made obvious. My first inclination is to read every video on BB a little more cynically than other sites as editing and other things can occur prior to BB getting them. He made the right call on this one.

While the video doesn't give all the information one would like to pass judgment, this lethal gunfire looked very premature and brutal. There was no tear gas, no nonlethal force as the initial counter, and no evidence of violence from the advancing crowd. Citizens peacefully petitioning the government should be a basic human right, even for Marxists and Islamists. If they start disrupting the lives or destroying the property of those they disagree with or invoke violence, that's another story.
