"The American people need to stand up again and make sure that Congress hears them this time. Speaker Pelosi is putting her bill on fast track to a vote – and it remains to be seen if the House will even get a chance to vote on the commonsense Republican alternatives. The people need to make a House Call on Washington this week and tell their Representatives to vote no to a government take-over of one-fifth of our economy. I was at the 9-12 Rally in DC. It was amazing. One sign said it all, “Don’t Make US Come Back Here.” Well they have and now it’s on. If you can’t make it
to DC on Thursday, call or drop by your congressperson’s local office. Call DC, ring those phones off the hook. Our lives, liberties, freedoms and those of

They said that the 14 people who actually showed up for the 9/12 teabagging rally were 14 of the dirtiest, drunken, toothless, illiterate hillbillies they’ve ever seen. They said if it weren’t for the stupid signs you were holding up, they would have thought you were homeless people.

Regardless of how he portrays himself, Cletus is a loser (and Gay Old Party is probably the same person). The people who support the Marxist doctrine of the Obama adminstration are losers who would never be able to make it in private industry on their own individual merits or abilities. Cletus is probably a union worker or low-level government employee. He’s a loser not only because he would like to hide his own deficiencies in an egalitarian society where individual ambition and incentive are suppressed in favor of the collective; but also because he’s so poorly-educated and uninformed about history that he probably believes socialized economic systems are sustainable, despite the amassment of historical and sociological data proving the contrary. Or maybe Cletus is a masochist who yearns for the physical and pyschological terror of a totatitarian regime.

I was there for the 9/12 March on DC (we really did leave the place cleaner than when we got there – I guess because we conservatives are used to taking care of ourselves instead of letting Mommy Government do it for us) and I was there tonight when a Republican won the governor’s race in NEW JERSEY, which they said couldn’t be done. We won by 5%, but we could have made it by 10% if BO had shown up one more time on behalf of Corzine. :-)
I will also be there in DC on Thursday to look my representatives in the eye and demand their answers on health care. No matter how they spin it, the people have spoken and they have been pretty clear on how they feel about Obama, Pelosi and their agenda. Congress ought to be more reasonable now that the Dems can clearly see that BO is not capable of saving their behinds in 2010. He can’t cover his own at this point! A poll today shows he would lose by 49%-45% if the election was today. They can’t be feeling too cocky in DC tonight! It can’t be coincidence that there was an announcement during the election that the health care bill couldn’t possibly get thru Congress this year. Can we say mass panic?
I’m looking forward to seeing the rest of you who can make it to DC. Don’t worry about Cletus, etc. He’s not going to get off the couch in his parents’ basement to get a job, much less come to DC to make a stand for anything. He’s probably not old enough to drive anyway.
