Judging his career as a legislator depends entirely on from what perspective you view it from. Perhaps from a liberal’s perspective, but I myself would certainly not call it the “greatest”.

Teddy is burning in he77 right now for the murder of Mary Joe Kopechne. http://www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Jo_Kopechne

Hopefully he is being tortured by the the souls of all the babies aborted under the protection of the laws he created and defended vigorously. Now he can join his brothers who were dealt justice in a more timely manner. Party at the Kennedy’s place tonight. For directions just Mapquest HE77.

He has only been dead for a few hours now…and already I am sick and tired of hearing of his greatness…his attempt in his later years to make his life count and what a great man he was!

America…he was not a great leader. He might have been a great friend, husband (to his second wife), father, uncle….but he was not a great leader.

He lived and survived off the coatails of his equally disappointing brothers…John and Robert!

All tried to redeem themselves and make a difference…but they didn’t! Instead they provided America with a good example of what rich, over indulged and privilege does to children when they have nothing else to give.

I can’t wait until this is over…could Rahm “fish head” Emanuel create a new “crisis”?

Yes, Kennedy was very generous with other people’s money. He did it to buy votes for himself and his party. And he found a way to save himself and not his lover, leaving her to drown while he ran home, did not report the accident, and had himself a few more drinks. Some praise Kennedy, others praise Hitler. As for me, damn them both. They were both self-serving pigs.
