The lack of sunspots has caused less heating ,last time this happened was mini ice age.

200 years or so ago, an astronomer with only a telescope and some data was able to corolate wheat prices. When sunspot activity was low like we have entered when it started declining in intensity since 1998 (It reached zero sunspots in 2007), he saw that wheat was more expensive, the lower the sunspot activity, the higher the wheat price.
The report also states that in low sunspot periods more cloud formation occurs blocking the sun thus cooling the earth’s temp. In the long term it also cools the oceans which are massive storage of the sun’s energy (Heat).
I don’t know about you, but in my neck of the woods, this summer was very cloudy and cool. Winters are getting longer and snowier too.

I’ve often thought that to really combat global warming at the poles, we should really try to eliminate
as much CO2 output as we can at and near the poles. This is why I support clubbing seals. These pesky little
creatures just lay there, spewing out CO2 right near the North pole, with no regard for the consequences of their
actions. The act of clubbing a seal is a carbon offset and should actually count as a carbon credit.

Downtown London UK was shut down six times because of snow last winter. London doesn’t have any snowplows. They have also decided that they don’t need any. It doesn’t take a genius to notice that this has be a cold summer, and I am not talking about New England – I am talking about the US. I have traveled all over the US this summer to places that have been going to my entire life. Every one of those places was colder than I remember and the locals were all quick to confirm that this has been an abnormally cold summer. Anecdotal I know, but the fact is that global temperature have been dropping for the last decade. Don’t believe me? Look it up. But you go right ahead and keep believing those computer models and Al Gore while the rest of us stick to reality and facts.
Seriously, if anyone wants to talk about the changes in world climate, he has to look it in the frame of astronomic time, beginning, for our purposes, around five billion years ago. The fact is that all of this “global warming” and “climate change” talk is just so much b….ting. Let’s get real. Change is the fundamental characteristic of matter and engergy. It is not a static universe, and in the scheme of things, I mean the really cosmic scheme of things, we have to see our little hundred-year blip is just part of the ebb and flow of time. Do some research and you will see that around the world, thousands of record lows compared to hundreds of record highs have been recorded around the globe since last year with lows gaining and highs decreasing. It is normal right now that temps are weird as the oceans; the world’s energy ‘batteries’ have been charged from a few decades of high sunspot activity is now ‘battling’ with cooler air. If the sunspot recess continues, the oceans will cool further and the world’s current ‘weird’ weather patterns will decrease down to an overall colder period.
Famine and misery will also increase.
Basically what Al Gore and others have been warning us about is in fact beneficial to humanity and the planet (Warming).
Yes..i know its summer and Phoenix is desert, but so is So.Cal. “desert” exists because of lack of rain, not the heat. Im not an Al Gore fan, he’s just trying to make a buck off of scare tactics. I live in the Phoenix area, too, and this summer has been well below average in terms of temperature — May, June, and July produced many record and near-record lows. El Nino has reformed in the Pacific and will stick around for a couple of years — this is impacting the humidity and rain over the southwest, causing a drier than normal phenominon over the affected areas. The cooling trends ARE being seen here in the southwestern US.
These proponents of anthropomorphic global warming (MMGW) are clinging to discredited junk science. The entire debate regarding MMGW will soon be over as once-ignored empherical data will decisively show this global cooling trend. Hawking for their masters, these MMGW proponents will be left with egg on their faces as the suppressed contrary evidence becomes clear.
The real danger, in the meantime, is in allowing the MMGW zealots to control the political discourse and eventual policy decisions — these people are ideologues who care nothing for the people affected by their ill-conceived remedies to non-existant problems. The nature of the power-grab is further enabled by the typical Liberal Progressive groups, working in concert with envious world entities and forward-looking power brokers. There is much, much more to this push for US, UN, and G10 adoption of the MMGW concept — it certainly isn’t about conservation or saving us from ourselves — just follow the money. If you look at the earth, the amount of carbon contained in it hasn’t changed in 4 billion years. In fact, if we go back 300 million years ago to the time of the dinosaurs when, obviously, there was NO oil then all the carbon was contained in the living things and was in the atmosphere. When they died their bodies oxidized and CO2 was released into the asmosphere.
The point is that if the whackos want us back to the stone age with respect to CO2 then there actually should be MORE CO2 in the air, not less. We need to be burning all the fuel we can.

Now that we are no longer experiencing global warming, but “climate change”
instead (a.k.a. global cooling), I see that carbon dioxide emissions are
still the culprit. However. no one seems to know how it could be that carbon
dioxide has caused first warming and then cooling. I have applied my
scientific background to the problem, and come up with the answer.
While it took some time for the plants to adapt, they are now doing so and
the result is a big spurt in their growth rate. All of this additional plant
growth means more shade, and as we all know, it is cooler in the shade than
in the sun.
The obvious concern is that this plant growth will become excessive. Plants
will end up growing one and two feet a day and completely take over the
green areas of earth, forcing humans to wander in the deserts for years.
Greenpeace and the Carbon Coalition are going to jointly finance a new movie
about this menace. It will, of course, be narrated by Al Chicken Little
Gore. The Obama administration will make it required showing in all schools
on a weekly basis along with instructions on how to minimize breathing,
since our breathing puts more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
The movie will incorporate terrifying scenes of super trees toppled by
hurricane force winds and able to demolish tall buildings with a single
crash. The proposed title for the movie is Little Planet of Horrors.
The environmental socials almost had the hoax called global warming pulled off on the american people. They had the social democrats in the government fund this fraud to the tune of 77 billion over 10 years to the UN IPCC and numerous scientific grants to obtain a political result they wanted. Soooo, it was people burning fossil fuels in their cars and factories that melted the glaciers that left the Great Lakes, right? Riiiiiiiiiiiiight. And I bet Al Gore witnessed it!
“Global Warming” is just the religion of the fanatical Left…and if left to their devices they’d burn dissenters at the stake (but wouldn’t that enhance the “problem” they think they’re solving, given their weird “science?”
But, let’s see Al Gore’s tax returns & the percentage of income he gets from scaring people about “global warming,” from his paid speeches to his carbon credit scheme. Can we also look at his “carbon footprint” from his palatial home and use of private jets? Or is he exempt like the rest of the leftist elite…because they’re “more equal” than the rest of us? Or is it because we’re thought of as the “great unwashed” to them?
It is time to take our nation back from the national socialists in Washington who are doing their utmost to destroy our nation as we have known it to be.
What is truly sad is the absolute values put on both sides of the argument. Did the “average” temperature of the earth rise in the last 100 years? Answer: That depends since the change was .7 degrees C. based on temperature reading taken on instrumentation that just this year and reported in the New York Times was found to be off by as much as 2 degrees C. it would seem that any logical conclusion would be that the results are within the margin of error and thus cannot be quantitatively be relied on.
Second: The reasoning that Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere would be causing a rise in temperature is illogical based on the following. We all hear terms such as “a doubling of parts per million” of CO2 in the atmosphere and think “Oh my god they used the term Million so there must be an amazing amount of CO2 up there.” The sad truth is that the percentage of CO2 is very small when compared to the percentage of Water Vapor in the atmosphere. Now had the “Global Climate Change” people stated emphatically that we must limit the amount of Water Vapor. I a former environmental Science Teacher would agree 100%. However, What they chose to demonize is CO2. Not because it has a major effect but is something that they can target to sources of emissions from point sources and thus can tax and regulate. Water vapor is a natural part of the water cycle and thus is not point source taxable.
Al Gores “Hockey stick” chart while impressive uses a technique of tweaking the scale to over emphasize the actual increase for dramatic effect. His charts denoting the rise in temperature correlating to the rise in CO2 is flawed by the simple fact, using his own data, that shows that the CO2 level rises AFTER the rise in temperature is observed not BEFORE.
Furthermore the upward trend reported in the last 100 years was .74 degrees and has since stopped in a peak in 1998 and has been in a downward trend since. Extrapolate the data further back than 100 years and you will see that there was a downward trend to that point which is why Al chose 100 years ago as his starting point and not when Coal was first used. Extrapolate the data even further back and not that we had a cold trend during the American revolution. Further back and you can see the solar maximum in the age of Roman expansion where the population exploded across the planet and temperatures in Northern England supported Wine production. Further back still and most of North America was shrouded in 2 miles of ice and a land bridge existed between Asia and North America.
Also noted during this recent warming trend was the polar ice caps retreating, what wasn’t reported was that those polar ice caps were on the planet Mars.
People who question are called deniers, flat earthers, stupid, or brain dead. I suggest that we are actually looking at the whole picture and seeing that one variable in every equation is the same and that is the Sun.
Call me a denier all you want but in science a THEORY is only considered law when is has been proven never to be false. Where is the actual experimentation? Oh I forget according to the Prophet Gore “The consensus is in, the debate is over.” IN TRUE SCIENCE THE DEBATE IS NEVER OVER.

Having hosted exchange students for many years, who all arrive brainwashed with the GW hoax, I ask them one simple question – - if this was in fact true, why are the oceans the same depth today as they were ten or twenty or more years ago? It suddenly dawns on them they have been had. The Old Farmers Almanac is the closest thing to accurate weather forecasting as anything ever published and for this past year’s almanac, they featured a large article on why GW is indeed nothing more than speculation and in fact, not really science at all. Of course anyone with half a brain figured this scam out some years ago – about the only ones left holding onto this craziness are some of our Congressional cretins and government school teachers and most of them are running for cover now that the Messiah has been seen to have no clothes. It will be a cold day in hell when a cap and trade bill makes it through the Congress – the natives are mad as hell and they won’t take much more of this “leadership” vacuum before putting some much needed sensible folks back in power in 2010.
With the O-bomb-inator in power and planning our demise, we may just see this kind of weather forecast:

This is just more evidence that our evil life styles are killing the plant. The Gorical told me so. Only he and the governing elite can can have large homes, SUV’s and fly in private jets because they know what is best for us. We must submit and do it now!!! It’s a crisis.
I don’t have a problem believing the Globe is warming. That is how we got out of the last ice age. Who is to say how much warmer we will get in this cycle of ice ages and warming cycles. Dips in the warming trend are normal over 100,000 year cycles.
What I do have problems with and what has not be shown to be fact is that man is the cause of the warming cycle. What is worse is that there are plenty of political advantages to blaming mankind for it so we can have a market in “carbon credits” and government control of fuel and utility costs and use of fuels like coal.
As usual just follow the money to see what is going on. If the leftists get the Cap and Trade stuff passed we will unfortunately find out first hand what the politics are. The Northerners will rue the day they voted in something like that since they are very dependent on heating fuels and will bear the brunt of the insanity. The power to regulate and tax is the power to deny and control.
Up here in heaven it is coooool-aid. I have been chatting with Mary Jo and she thinks it may be a lot hotter where Teddy Boy moved to. Some serious global warming down there. No oxy-clean can take care of those stains on that boy’s soul.
There is no purpose in debating this global warming BS at all. The leftist simply must be defeated. Do not be so foolish as to engage them. Fight them. Beat them. Make them pay. If we waste our time trying to prove them wrong, we lose. Fight or die.

This cold spell is supposed to last 100 years. We want warm weather. The last time this cold hit caused a great deal of human suffering. Crop failures or power loss would cause severe issues. In Europe they were forced to eat their children, the dead, and even dug people up from their grave. Then what followed was the plaque or black death. This was mentioned
in Spiegel online. Most people will act like a dear in the headlights or even some degree of shock. I don’t expect people will react well at all. The age old herd effect. Someone yells fire and people blindly run.
That’s hardly too unusual for this time of year up here in the north country. Big deal, not news. Quit trying to fan the flame.
I hope the northeast, i.e, the Blue States, freeze their gluteous maximi off this fall and winter.
The plant has frozen and burned many times and it will again and again. This is Called Weather. Global Warming and Climate Change are idiots that think Weather never changes or happens. Now pollution is a problem and that we need to clean but we are ants on a rock orbiting a start that’s in orbit around a super massive black hole.

Here is all you need to know to realize it is a crock:

that is named Beer’s law. The 80% absorbtion by the first 20 ppm of CO2 in the
atmosphere is easily measured in the lab. Before the industrial age the atmosphere
had about 280 ppm of CO2. So much for any green house effect due to burning fossil fuels. It is really quite simple. Of course you did need to take a tiny bit of
math and science to understand the facts. Like a year and a half of college.
