The mainstream media was safely in Obama’s pocket and Fox News apparently didn’t want to be labeled as racist.
2. Why didn’t Dick Cheney refuse to certify the election results on the basis of Obama’s ineligibility?

—Answer – Cheney had no evidence to disqualify Obama because Obama with-held most all of his documentative evidence and it was not his job to vette Obama for his eligibility.
3. As POTUS he is able to access and view information of a Top Secret classification including highly sensitive National Security data. Why has the FBI, CIA, NSA, DHS or any other intelligence group not “outed” Obama as ineligible?

—Answer – It was not any Government Officials duty to investigate Obama’s eligibility, so no one did.

This is what caused this PROBLEM.
