I was in on a jury once and heard and saw the Judge, on the bench, say something similar to a female defense attorney. She went totally ape-s@it on him right there in the courtroom. As he sat there red faced and speechless everyone in the courtroom broke into applause. The judge banged his gavel and said, “court adjourned”. We (the jury) were instructed to “forget” the incident. Most of us refused and said the judge needs to apologize to the attorney and us and recluse himself from the case. Instead, the jury was replaced! GO FIGURE!
