That report you linked is not the same subject as mentioned in the ad above. The ad is concerned about the security force suggested by candidate Obama to help police in the usa by adding “troops” created by Homeland Security.. When he brought it up it sounded like “political” police. The one in that article is for “service” abroad.

The Obama administration reminds me of one train wreck after another. How many licks does it take for the Obama flock to open their eyes and see what is really happening to our country minus the propaganda? The world may never know.
