The gun shops in America brought up the issue of selling guns to "questionable" characters to the ATF, the ATF told them to sell said guns (for tracking purposes), guns are brought to Mexico where they possibly will be used against American Border Patrol Agents, which then would give Obama and our government the opportunity to attack the Gun Shops for selling these guns and finally give him the political leverage for stricter gun control laws.

This wasn't just a really crappy plan to "track" guns this is a political move to gain support for the UN mandated Gun Control in America. It wasn't coincidence that the UN brought up gun control recently. It's time we think for ourselves and connect the dots.

The entire reason for "Fast and Furious" is to allow Obama to enact Draconian gun control methods. Obama has admitted that his gun control efforts are taking place "behind the scenes".
Obama wants to be able to show that gun trafficking is out of control and is in need of "extra-consititutional" methods to combat the problem. He intends to control guns through regulation rather than law. Who needs laws when you have regulations? The EPA don't need no stinkin' law, and the ATF is soon to follow.

Fast and Furious is a major scandal second only to Watergate in terms of impact and the story is largely being buried by the press. I'm sure that the paper trail goes right back to Holder who needs to be held accountable. I think Issa should file impeachment charges against Holder, which he can do. Between this and Holder's failure to prosecute the New Black Panthers he has committed high crimes and misdemeanors.

If an investigation reveals that Obama's hands are dirty in this mess, the House, which has a republican majority, can bring impeachment charges against Obama for "high crimes and misdemeanors" and any other offenses the House decides are cause(s) for impeachment.

The Senate would try the case and if the democrats were to "white-wash" the case, the democrats would put their being reelected in dire jeopardy.

Truth be known, the operation was never intended to track drug cartel members. In fact how would you do that, plant tracking devices in each weapon? And so what if they had? The satellite would simply indicate that someone with one of the weapons was in the Arizona desert.
