Its a long standing tradition of the left, and the bigger the lie, the better. Conservatives are considered mean spirited for observing reality and telling the truth. A vote counts twice if a person pays taxes, three time if that citizen also operates a tax paying business, another if the person has served the country in the military, or police force. (up to 4X that of a person who just exists, and demands more services from pandering politicians) No universal democratic franchise has ever survived in human history.
