Al Jazeera Broadcasts Video of Afghan Insurgents With US Ammo

AP: The footage will no doubt be used by insurgent propagandists to promote their "victory" over the Americans and encourage their supporters.

Did they buy the ammo with money the liberals sent to them?

But Bungler Barry is more concerned with us right-wingers getting ammo!

The result of months of Obama inaction in the region. He is the worst president that the US has ever had. I say that unreservedly. He is a disgrace.

Having been against this idiocy(Iraq and Afghanistan)from the start I can only stress the urgency with which we should vacate these hellholes. Iraq will most likely resume it’s former life as a third-world shithole and the latter will again teach us and the world the wisdom of staying out. America’s enemies are many and diverse but only gain strength because we do not command respect. Our Middle Eastern problems began with embassy takeover in 1979 Iran and we have done quite literally nothing to prevent all that has befallen us since. I’ve said it once and I’ll keep saying it: We weren’t attacked on 9-11 because of hatred for the US but due to lack of respect. We’ve been politicizing war since 1950 and are now discovering(or not)the error of our ways and the price of appeasement. If Mr. Obama sends in troops he should be impeached.

claspur…also watch the interview with the muslim center….

Muslim at Islamic Community near Fort Hood, Texas: “I have no pity” for victims of the Ft. Hood jihad

time to get them off our soil…they care not for us, our culture, and will do us harm from within…this may only be the start….

claspur – she is another Zionist nut who wants to see gentile soldiers die in the service of Israel in the Middle East.

tiredofit2010 – if we were not on their soil, this would not be an issue. If you want to look at a group that doesn’t care for us and is using us, look at the 5 Israelis dancing for joy while filming the WTC collapse.

Who said this? “We are benefiting from one thing, and that is the attack on the Twin Towers and Pentagon, and the American struggle in Iraq,”

eamon   November 10th, 2009 - 10:03 am

Okay, I’ve been censured again for daring to utter a four-lettered word to accurately describe a third-world country so let’s try this.
We’ll most likely screw up Afghanistan as we’ve screwed up Iraq. Our problems in the Middle East began in the 1979 takeover of our embassy in Iran because of the stupidity of one man(Carter)and will no doubt end in yet another debacle for our military because of the stupidity of another. Until we command respect from our enemies we will suffer ‘mordidas’ or ‘the death of a thousand cuts’ and we as a nation will bleed our exceptionalism away in a futile gesture of misguided nationalism at the hands moral imcompetents. The lessons of such folly are plentiful yet we can’t seem to stop ourselves or those who would lead us.
There, is that better?

Now would be a good time to ramp up production at the MOAB (mother of all bombs) plant. A GPS-guided MOAB would destroy and incapacitate everyone within a mile of impact and leave the survivors with a sense of dread, rueing the next one. We perfected carpet-bombing so we should bring it back, in spades.

Mel   November 10th, 2009 - 10:09 am

Uh, The military always leaves behind ammo and other consumables when they “bug-out” of an area they have occupied. The order usually is “only what you can carry”. Are the Americans that are suprised or outraged about this really that far out of touch?

dontflagmebro   November 10th, 2009 - 10:26 am

The CIA funded them to fight against Russia so it’s expected they have U.S. weapons and ammo. Before we got there. Dry ammo in desert will last forever. You can still buy sealed WWII ammo tins on the web. Remember we formed Al Queda they are the ones that went rogue, or did they?

Airwick   November 10th, 2009 - 10:30 am

Mel,
You’re right…but they should have destroyed the crap before they left. Don’t leave behind anything that the enemy can use and always remember that a resourceful enemy can use a lot!

Happy Birthday, Jarheads!

Wow, maybe is Obama listened to our commanders on the ground in Afghanistan this type of disaster would not occur. Finally over 90 days after McChrystal’s Report came out Obama may be sending out too the troops he had asked for.

Mel, the left overs are supposed to be “destroyed in place”.

It shouldn’t be surprising that after 8 years the enemy gets a few pieces of equipment.

Rexter   November 10th, 2009 - 11:09 am

I wonder how many palates of 100 dollar bills they also found like the ones that went missing in Iraq? They know those are worthless, though. Americans are the last to know! LOL! Hope you hung on to your Confederate money – it will be worth more than those FRNs. They show off things that actually matter, not paper money.

US troops guarding poppy fields:

http://whatreallyhappened.com/content/white-house-leans-toward-sending-more-30000-troops-afghanistan

The CIA is funded through drug money. The Taliban was destroying the poppy fields. So the US had to go over to guard them. That is what this is all about.
