Doesn’t mean anything except that you don’t understand MS. MS hits everyone differently. I have MS. I had never smoked pot in my life, until my 40th birthday when I was hit with pain and muscle spasms that nothing the doctors gave me would help. Pot did ease the pain and reduce the spasms to the point that I could walk again. I did talk to my doctor about it. She said if the pot worked to use it. So Montel and Neil may not share the same symptoms or if they do there might be a huge difference in how those symptoms affect each man.

To MinnesotaTom, Members of Congress do not receive “government-run healthcare”. They get to choose from a very wide list of options of “provided” (not gov’t managed) healthcare plans. It could be anything from a Health Savings Account to an HMO. They do have access to treatment at a Military Treatment Facility such as Bethesda Naval Hospital and Brooks Army Medical Center however, I’m sure they would only choose an MTF over private care due to the severity/uniqueness of the condition and the facility’s reputation in the particular field of medicine (i.e. Brooks Army has about the best burn treatment center in the world).
