I know people who live and work in NYC (including my daughter) who still have unease about riding the subways, going to Grand Central, being in large groups. Did Holder consider the feeling of New Yorkers and the framilies of the victims of 9/11 when he decided to make this political action?
Be sure that this is about helping their muslim friends, making Obama look like a tough guy (yeah, try making THAT one stick), and in the end, it’s about making America less safe from terrorism.
When this backfires and someone gets killed at this trial, expect the ceiling to come down on Obama and crew. He’s going to get the blame for anything less than a full conviction and a death sentence. He doesn’t even realize how big the gamble is for him and for Holder.
