While I believe that children his age should know better and be severely punished for an act such as this, I strongly suspect that this kid doesn’t really understand the gravity of his actions (e.g., “can my mother help [pay for it]?” Either he has been very poorly raised, or he just doesn’t have the mental capacity to understand.

This child is shrewd enough to start and navigate
a vehicle. I suggest grandma not babysit. This kid needs more than 1 caregiver assigned to him.

First of all he is way overweight for a 7 year old! he knows what’s right and wrong and just doesn’t care.i think he should get a good old ass whooping with the belt.Then he will think twice before he does this kind of thing again. Where are his parents? What if he killed someone?
