JAC is right. It is time to pick the flag up from off the ground. The disrespect and animosity towards our nation and our traditions shown by Hilary, Pelosi, Dean, Reid and others of their ilk is maddening. Add our ‘Republican’ president’s dismantling of our borders, sovereignty and security, and yes, lets pick up those damn flags. Lets get true conservatism back into our government. Lets have a congress who understands their job description, a president who understands his role to protect and preserve our union, and judges who understand they are not lawmakers.

These are non-newsworthy stories that trivialize the critical issues that you all claim to care about. And the reason that the media continue to report on this nonsense is because it gets the most attention — it drives readership and comment. Just compare the number of comments on stories like this to substantive reporting. Instead of reading tea leaves into stage mishaps and phenomena of nature, perhaps start asking tough questions of our candidates and hold the media accountable.

I hope that the number of anti-Clinton comments here portends the election results. It would truly be the end of our country as we know it if she slithers her way into office.
