“Stereotypes” of black street crime? Who the heck else is committing the overwhelming majority of robberies, rapes and murders in American cities? That’s not a “stereotype” it’s called reality.

Point is he keeps putting his foot in his mouth and then needs two or three interviews/speeches to explain what he really meant. The blogs are full of supporters explaining what Sen. Obama really means or what his wife or Pastor really means. I don’t think leaders of other countries will cut him some slack. Sen. Obama gives a good speech, so can an actor, but he makes mistakes in judgement when he is off script.

The above 5 comments reflect ignorance; sadly incapable or unwilling to perceive the true meaning of what is being said. There are those whose ears do not hear. In this case, the man is throwing pearls to swine and am thankful and happy that so many more have ears to hear, eyes to see, and embrace a vision that far exceeds the standards you settle for.

According to Barack, blacks should make “no sudden moves” around whitey so as not to scare them.

On p. 94-95 he describes an effective tactic to deal with White people:

“It was usually an effective tactic, another one of those tricks I had learned: People were satisfied so long as you were courteous and smiled and made no sudden moves. They were more than satisfied; they were relieved – such a pleasant surprise to find a well-mannered young black man who didn’t seem angry all the time.”

I sure hope he doesn’t speak for all black people.

That was a low blow to treat his little white grandmother with such disrespect by comparing her to Jeremiah Wright. Am I racist because I worry about getting assaulted or robbed by black people that I don’t know. You are damn right they scare me because blacks represent all the wrong things in our society- Crime, poverty, drugs, teen pregnancy. I worry when I see a group of black people walking at me- I cross the street because they’ll kill you even if you give them your money. We have given them the Democratic Party – will that be enough now. This is going to be the biggest white vote flight you’ve ever seen. Let’s give segregation another try. Blacks ruin every thing they get their hands on. 2008- The year the democratic party turned inoperable.

No matter how hard he looks towards November, voters will keep looking back at his years with Wright, his comment about the “typical white” person and the infamous “bitter” comment.
