Ok… now i am agreeable to call in Al Sharkton and normally i think he’s an idiot…

It appears that there was some sort of tension, and even perhaps some racial tension involved with the hold-down of the suspected perpetrator.

The reason I happen to say this, is if there is some kind of celebration on school grounds that involves clean-up, then why didn’t the school district appoint some cleaning crews, or hire for that evening someone to do the cleaning.

Accidents do happen, and it appears that this would never had happened if there was someone paid to clean-up.

I feel that this student was humiliated, in the utmost sense, for the school’s negligence of controlling all essential positions needed. Yes it appears they had security, but they neglected the janitors when needed.

This young lady is not a janitor. She is a victim of this school’s ineptitude of not having a janitor hired for the evening party.

What a dumb ass wannabe cop. Ka-Ching,Ka-Ching,Ka-Ching,Ka-Ching. Momma’s smelling the green. Al and Jesse got their noses up sniffen up the aroma of liberal biased jornalists coverage and another chance at spreading their BS.

What I see is an out of control racist security guard who has made the lives of this family a humiliating nightmare. I’d like to see this guy prosecuted and sentenced for his criminal behavior! And yes, let there be some restitution for this girl and her mother. Use a little common sense lonewolf. This has nothing to do with Al, nothing to do with Jesse, nothing to do with “liberal” biased journalists, and nothing to do with BS. I’m sick of the spin and bait and switch baloney people like you spread around. In America no one should have one’s wrists handcuffed and broken because they didn’t clean up an accidentally dropped piece of cake to the specs of some security goon. Whati is this? … the crumb police?

ANOTHER CASE FOR VOUCHERS FOR PRIVATE SCHOOLING.

I want to see the whole thing. I don’t care for the reporters, because the media will lie to us, they do it all the time, and if they don’t know something, they will make it up. Also, it is strange how all the footage shows is after the fact, when she is finally restrained.

Throw in plenty of emotion also to get those tears flowing and wallets open.

No logical person can make a determination of any guilt on the other side based on what was given here. All I see is a very one sided story here.
…But I really didn’t expect anything else…

Moizi   September 30th, 2007 - 10:35 am

There are way too many arrests here and not enough questions being asked. You’re right there isn’t enough info here to base any court case on but in the video the girl isn’t resisting so HOW DID HER WRIST GET BROKEN. My friends were murdered last week and NONE of the murderers bones were broken but her is over cake? Seriously what is wrong with people? The sec guard should be fired, plain and simple. You don’t harm unarmed children.

PhoneBill   September 30th, 2007 - 11:31 am

Oh please people. What is this Donatio, “This young lady is not a janitor.” She is a member of society though, isn’t she? Preferably civilized society. I agree that we have no where near enough facts to determine who is at fault, but to excuse anyone for throwing food on the ground is ridiculous.

I have 5 kids; I’ve been in the lunch rooms and lunch areas outside at lunch. It is unbelievable how ill-mannered many kids are. They should clean up after themselves. I suspect you, Donatio, are also the kind of person to leave their food tray on the table at McDonalds because you think that it gives someone a job.

Donatio   September 30th, 2007 - 11:51 am

Sorry, but I got to comment about your rave Phonebill. But being at a school, I’d really think they would keep all the chemicals and supplies mostly locked away from proper cleanup of cake. Would you think they would let the chemical closet open to kids….NOOOO WAY! Same thing for restaurants as well. I know you cant clean up all your complete mess with 5 kids. Yes mainly crumbs, but that is why these places do have cleaning crews and supplies. Maybe your schools in your area have open janetorial closets all the time but for the schools I have attended and know other kids attended, it has not been that way.

The video does not show any thing but the girl being restrained with a commen technique> If her wrist was broken it was probabaly due to
her own actions in resisting the hold. If her wrist was broken…probably just another low life looking to get paid.

Took awhile to get some trust worthy reports. You can’t trust anything from “fox”….

But a simple case of loose pigs going wild…

With all the background checks they do for teachers, one would think they would check out the pig’s backgrounds too… But this whole school district is pretty dysfunctional… This is just a “sign” of the much greater problems cause buy stupid parents voting for lunatic school boards, that hire psychos to work in the schools…

This is just another example of how racism still exist in the United States. It is time for the African-American community to join together on behalf of our children. If the KKK can come together, then surely we can do the same thing. We do not need the government raising our children, because the justice system is not for the protection of African-Americans. Look at how many cases of neglect and abuse are being reported and we must congregate with each other and use the village to raise the child.
