“I’ve never even heard of him.”

Why do you think he went on that rant on live T.V.?

RR   February 23rd, 2008 - 2:57 pm

Who’s the kid with the wispy beard? And the awful timing! Yeah, we’re going to listen to you. Dope.

Rover   February 23rd, 2008 - 3:19 pm

Has this guy been living under a rock for the last ten years. He must be the last person on Earth to finally figure out what FOX news is about.
Dude, if you don’t like the smell, stay out of the cesspool. Don’t go jumping in and then whine about how bad it is.

Cronkite   February 23rd, 2008 - 3:27 pm

You think the little twerp nobody would have had balls enough to do that with Shepard Smith?

Randy   February 23rd, 2008 - 3:51 pm

Yup, FOX is such hardcore propaganda that it allows people on its programming to identify it as such. It covered the protests at its studio when bunches of fascists sought to shut it down. And every time they put on a conservative, they have a liberal on also. Come on people, if you want to see what real propaganda is, watch some old Soviet news reels, or if you want to live in fantasy land, keep on thinking FOX is propaganda.

anson   February 23rd, 2008 - 3:57 pm

One million people dead in Iraq?

You’d think CNN, MSNBS, CBS, ABC … etc. would have picked up on this.

Fact is, no credible news agency in the world is picking up on it becuase its a fascist lie.

Cronkite   February 23rd, 2008 - 4:00 pm

Anyone care to post a link to a valid news story of one million dead in Iraq?

Dave   February 23rd, 2008 - 4:00 pm

Yo Stopcop where do you get your “facts”? One million dead in Iraq? Would you bet your life on that number? Didn’t think so. Sort of like that 3 million homeless bs we endured during the 80’s. Totally made up number. If you really want to make you point you could say 2 million dead or even 5 or 10. What’s the difference? A lie is a lie. As for the “comedian” bet he lives in a van down by the river.

Bill Bradsky   February 23rd, 2008 - 4:11 pm

It isn’t surprising to see the usual comments from ignorant uneducated lie-facilitating and truth manipulating 15th C. mindsets that frequent this site “Typical libs…neo-Hippie” etc…yeah, the guy berating Fox is brainwashed..this isn’t the first time an interviewee has called Fox News out, last time it was Shep Smith.
You folks are so engulfed in your self righteous finger pointing that you fail to see your time on earth is coming to an end. Science and Truth will soon prevail and you can return to your respective caves and enjoy your darkened existence.

ZIPPY   February 23rd, 2008 - 4:29 pm

TELL THAT WANT A BE HIPPY THAT I WAS ONE OF THE PEOPLE THAT REALLY ENJOYED KILLING IRAQS ALL OF THE ONE’S I KILLED I KILLED FOR HIM. SO HE CAN THANK ME NOW THAT I DID WHAT I DID OVER THERE. SO HE CAN SIT ON HIS FAT LIBERAL ASS AND SPIT OUT THIS CRAP….. I JUST HOPE ON DAY WHEN HE HAS KIDS THAT A IRAQ RAPES HIS WIFE AND THEN KILLS HIS KIDS HE WILL HAVE A CHANGE OF HEART THEN AND WANT US TO PROTECT HIM BUT, NO WE DON’T DO THAT NOW ALL WE DO IS SEND OUT CARE PACKAGES WITH LOVE MESSAGES ON THEM TO OUR ENEMIES BECAUSE A DEMOCARP GOT IN OFFICE…..

Blondie   February 23rd, 2008 - 4:32 pm

Ha! Who is this guy? Never heard of him. That little flat-faced weasel obviously hasn’t tuned into the other major news networks! Talk about propaganda!

Dave   February 23rd, 2008 - 4:33 pm

Bill Bradsky couple of things for you #1 you’re a pretentious jack-off. Secondly the ‘comedian’ isn’t funny. And as an added bonus there aren’t a million dead in Iraq.

Bill   February 23rd, 2008 - 4:35 pm

As for homelessness (1/10/07):

http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2007-01-10-homeless_x.htm

There were 744,000 homeless people in the United States in 2005, according to the first national estimate in a decade.

A little more than half were living in shelters, and nearly a quarter were chronically homeless, according to the report Wednesday by the National Alliance to End Homelessness, an advocacy group.

A majority of the homeless were single adults, but about 41% were in families, the report said.

The group compiled data collected by the Department of Housing and Urban Development from service providers throughout the country. It is the first national study on the number of homeless people since 1996. That study came up with a wide range for America’s homeless population: between 444,000 and 842,000.

Rover   February 23rd, 2008 - 5:38 pm

Many sources put the Iraq death toll from the invasion at about 600,000 people dead. If you care, you can look up the details for yourself easily enough.

For Americans, The main concern is probably the $496,915,780,372.00 it has cost so far. That is about $1650 for each one of us to pay. If you put the dollar bills end to end, they would reach just over 1/2 way to the Sun.

On average, it cost $828,192.98 to kill an Iraq citizen.

the Dude   February 23rd, 2008 - 5:59 pm

What a no name complete tool, clearly trying to get invited on the no brain socialist party circuit.

Oh yea – Bill Bradsky, how is the weather on your planet? Global warming I’m sure. What a loon.

Modd Kenwood   February 23rd, 2008 - 6:33 pm

phuck off,punk…get a job.

ben   February 23rd, 2008 - 8:10 pm

the term “liberal comedian” is redundant

leatherfaceviking   February 23rd, 2008 - 9:05 pm

600,000? 1 million? no, i think it’s only 3….saddam and his 2 sons, other than that, we have been too busy handing out toys, chocolate and flowers……this war is a complete waste, now get my darn tax rebate to me!!!!

Contrite   February 23rd, 2008 - 9:07 pm

Has anyone seen my comb? I last saw it in ‘94 when I had a job.

BILL5321   February 23rd, 2008 - 10:06 pm

The studies generating 600K plus in Iraq is from the discredited study that was secretly funded by George Sores.

George is the same guy that funded Moveon.org and is a little strange himself.

Skizz   February 23rd, 2008 - 10:09 pm

Who is this guy and why did they let him out of his cage into the Fox News studios?

beverly   February 23rd, 2008 - 10:14 pm

who was that dorky looking guy? i’ve never even heard of him.

Dems R Loosers   February 23rd, 2008 - 10:32 pm

Like all Libs, the kid is on crack. Fox presents the Republican view of things, which is the correct view. It’s not propaganda, it’s God’s truth. Liberal pap isn’t even factual, coherent or good for living things.

For the record, the Republicans have done a magnificent job. Magnificent. For instance they have:

1) almost caught Bin Laden
2) almost won the war on terror
3) almost kept gas prices from skyrocketing
4) almost prevented the mortgage industry collapse
5) almost prevented the huge decline in housing prices
6) almost prevented the percentage of foreclosures from being the highest in 50 years
7) almost prevented hundreds of thousands of jobs being shipped overseas
8) almost prevented 911
9) almost prevented Haliburton, Blackwater, R & B and other contractors form bilking the American people out of billions of dollars.

Jon - The Truth   February 23rd, 2008 - 10:51 pm

lmao you guys are nuts o_o

-the economy is tanking
-iraq/afghanistan war is failing
-osama is still free
-we now torture enemies (like McCain was tortured)
-foreign relations is falling apart
-our rights are being stripped in the name of “security”

George Bush has ruined the country. So have the Republicans that voted for him and support him corrupting our government. Do some actual research you bunch of whacko’s. I mean, do you seriously believe “facists” are coming to get you? My god, you’d think capitalism had become religion, god knows that Jesus would not approve of what is being done to the Iraqi’s. There is no law in Iraq, there is no oversight. You have blackwater guards being paid more than our soldiers. They don’t allow pictures of dead soldiers to be taken, they die faceless, another death because of Bush’s vendetta against Hussein and his thirst for oil. Al Gore, an American, wins the Nobel prize because of his research on global warming.. and because that doesn’t jive with the corporate/republican/cutthroat capitalist way of thinking, he’s mocked and ridiculed. Mother Teresa won it too you know… she also claimed to be an Atheist, just like Hitler. Wow I guess it is easy to make anyone seem evil… hey, Obama sounds like osama, he must be evil too. Sometimes it saddens me people are so simple that’s how they think of things. Jesus was liberal … the whole point of Jesus and his story is to point out corruption. Look at how corrupt you all are. You’re the bankers. People tell you and show you the truth but you ignore it because it’s easy and profitable to. Keep living in your own reality, maybe in a few years you’ll realize how terribly wrong most of you are…I’m sure by then most of your families will have fallen apart because most of you are unrealistic and illogical.

Tobias2012   February 23rd, 2008 - 11:02 pm

Normal neo-Hippie mentality, they just hate the idea that any news breaks from the liberal tripe they have been brainwashed with.

MPM   February 23rd, 2008 - 11:02 pm

Typical clueless liberal. THat was a real career boost. LOL What an idiot.

grik   February 23rd, 2008 - 11:11 pm

I never heard of him either, but it is true FOX is just an unofficial mouth piece for the administration. Its no coincidence they brought Tony Snow in as a spokesman. He already was promoting their official line.

Kirk   February 23rd, 2008 - 11:11 pm

Yes, Fox news is just a stream of propaganda. As is MSNBC, CNN, and just about any other main stream media outlet. It’s all just Bread and Circuses for the masses.

bbinsf   February 23rd, 2008 - 11:40 pm

This maggot is on Fox News spewing that Fox News is propagandist…he makes the case that Fox News is fair and balanced, even with no talent libs….

stopcop   February 23rd, 2008 - 11:45 pm

Y’all missed the funny part of the story. Just after the comedian railed on Fox News, they cut to the most inane story you could imagine–something about how Captain Kirk can get women. The comedian is right. With one million people dead in Iraq, shouldn’t a so called “news” channel have more important things to report on?

bbinsf   February 24th, 2008 - 12:07 am

With over 25,000 people in America murdered by Libs each year, when are we going to get a story about that?

bbinsf   February 24th, 2008 - 12:12 am

February 24th, 2008 – 12:07 am ?????????

Good for him! Go liberals!

Oh, and Zippy: “WANT A BE HIPPY” tells me you’re too ignorant to write a decent sentence, so clearly I want to listen to YOUR opinion. Please.

Bill   February 24th, 2008 - 12:16 am

A million dead? I mean, it’s barely 600,000!

from: http://online.wsj.com/public/article/SB116052896787288831-8l5AMVpCdg07M3w6XdmTXoPuzno_20061109.html?mod=tff_main_tff_top

‘A Johns Hopkins survey of civilian casualties in Iraq, “The Human Cost of the War in Iraq,” gave a 95% certainty to the figure being between 426,269 and 793,663, with the highest probability given to the figure of 601,027. The initial version of this article said the study gave a 95% certainty to the 601,027 figure.’

I mean, that guy’s almost doubling it! Not counting deaths in the last year and a half, of course, since the article dates to 10/11/06.

Pretty good for a war that cost 8 billion dollars and only took a month, not counting the other trillion dollars and 55 months.

Yet, I’m the one home on a Saturday night commenting on BB.

I guess the joke is on me. LOL.

Andy   February 24th, 2008 - 12:24 am

The one million dead in Iraq number comes from a study done by an organization called ORB, along with IIACSS. ORB is chaired by a former managing director of Gallup Poll.

If you’d like, you can take a look at the data and methodologies used at http://www.opinion.co.uk/Newsroom_details.aspx?NewsId=88

The questions asked and full data are at
http://www.opinion.co.uk/Documents/New%20Casualty%20Tabs.pdf

DON   February 24th, 2008 - 12:28 am

MAN THAT GUY HAS NO CLUE…. IF WE DID KILL THAT MANY PEOPLE, WELL GREAT I HOPE WE DOUBLE THAT IN THE NEXT FEW YEARS. THE MORE WE KILL OVER THERE THE LESS CHANCE THEY HAVE OF COMING OVER HERE AND HURTING MY FAMILY.

IF THAT FOOL REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WOULD DO TO HIM AND HIS FAMILY IF THEY HAD A CHANCE….MAN WHAT A FRINKIN MORON….. PLEASE PLEASE WALK IN FRONT OF A BUS ON YOUR WAY HOME…. DO IT FOR THE US…..

Bill   February 24th, 2008 - 12:35 am

I’ll add that 600,000 dead in a population of 27,499,638 is roughly 2.2% … that 2.2% of the US population of 300m is 6.6 million — half of Illinois; a little more than Indiana or a little less than Virginia, or the following cities combined: San Francisco, Columbus, Austin, Memphis, Fort Worth, Baltimore, Charlotte, El Paso, Milwaukee, and Boston.

“He looked and sounded so stupid I found myself feeling embarrased for him. His one and only chance at some type of noteriety and he had to blow it by looking and sounding so stupid and uninformed.”

yeah, what a moron he is questioning fox news’s integrity. It’s a good thing they quickly recovered and cut to a story about william shatner and some scantily clad girls on-set, that sure showed him.

The Man   February 24th, 2008 - 2:53 am

Yeah ZIPPY!
You are Murduring Moron! While you are sent to Iraq to supposed “invaders” (yeah IRAQ is really going to invade us-GOD you are stupid) the rich are just manipulating you so they take all your rights and all allow the large corporations to take control of this contry. Wake Up! They do not give a crap about you! They only reason they profess to fight this “war in terror” is cause they think they can get more power and make more money and keep the massesin check! They do not want us to realize that we can afford health care, most mulslims don’t want to hurt us, and there is PLENTY of money to allow everyone in in this country to earn a decent wage. Keep being a pawn. GoZIPPY!

Kunte Kinte   February 24th, 2008 - 3:10 am

When all of you are busy spending time fighting off the typical little Berkeley-style hypocrite who makes anti-Fox News statements that only prove that he has never watched it but gets his information from rumor only, you’ve all missed the most important part of this clip, which is just as incorrect as the little “comedian” darling’s information: “Bones” McCoy (the actor DeForrest Kelley) from Star Trek has been dead for some time now, so how can he have “just written” a book about anything?

Ryan   February 24th, 2008 - 3:32 am

1 million? Hardly.

600,000? Way overblown.

Tha number came from a thoroughly debunked Lancet study funded by no less than Mr George Soros.

ed   February 24th, 2008 - 4:05 am

Are most of you complete morons or are you do you really pretend not to understand normal conversations? I’m pretty sure a ‘million dead’ was meant metaphorically, not literary. As in ‘ A hundred idiots wanted to pull out their calculators and tally up the dead to prove him wrong. Sheesh, get a life.

Jill   February 24th, 2008 - 6:08 am

It’s amazing that there is ONE network that will present both sides – and yes, they do have a more conservative leaning – and they get slammed all the time for it…while we have been enduring CNN, NBC, CBS, ABS, MSNBC, PBS, NY Times, LA Times and Wash. Post for years and years with their extreme leftist views and it’s ok…they are allowed to say or do whatever they want!!! We still have a right to different opinions than yours…this is still America…at least until Obama becomes prez…then we might as well call our country the United Socialist Society of North America! Stay behind…be dependent on your gov’t for the rest of your lives..I for one will continue to vote against you as long as we are still allowed to vote in a free election (that will probably end too with the next prez, however, if it’s one of the socialist libs running today!).

He looked and sounded so stupid I found myself feeling embarrased for him. His one and only chance at some type of noteriety and he had to blow it by looking and sounding so stupid and uninformed.

Jeff   February 24th, 2008 - 8:09 am

This was Propaganda at its best! Get a deadbeat on television, give him a microphone and they will say anything. I don’t worry about people like him he’ll kill his own career.

What I’m worried about is the idiot that says Jesus would be ashamed. I got news for you Jesus is ashamed of everyone equally, SIN is SIN,PERIOD. The homeless people well? they are there by choice, the ones that want help get it, those that don’t, won’t. As far as Democrats and Republicans? They are one and the same. Capitalism built this Country Capitalism will save it. Unbridled Capitalism will be the crushing blow to the human race.

The people we NEED to fear isn’t the Government. it’s the people who run the World Banks. These people Deliberately cause prices to sky rocket so you HAVE to borrow. FOR EVERYTHING!!
It keeps you in debt, forces you to work, to pay for your daycare and whatnot. This creates revenues and social groups that will need more money, so you end up getting taxed you harder. INFLATION IS A TAX!!!!

Less money brought home, means you borrow more to pay for stuff. so if you have a credit card, a loan payment, or another kind of Interest loan from a bank. YOU TOO are financing the Iraq war,Homelessness,Drug lords and Marxism. We are all guilty, so stop pointing fingers.

Saddam Hussein killed a lot more than the US army. but we didn’t go there to stop the fascism, we went to take advantage a 3rd world economy that was already put into place by a dictator.

Our government DELIBERATELY KEEPS US FIGHTING AMONG OURSELVES!! WAKE UP. IF you buy bonds, you fund our debt, if you take loans, you authorize the Federal Reserve to take your belongings AND Fund our Debt!

READ “The Creature From Jekyll’s Island.”. you will NEVER stop Homelessness, Unemployment, Drug Addiction, Until you stop feeding the world banks.

These are the tools they use to divide us, and then they lend money to “help”, and make profiteers wealthy on “new” ideas to help them.

It’s time to get us out of the U.N., come home, mind our own business, and go back to saving our money in small hometown banks without the help of the printing press of the federal reserve, who prints money that is absolutely worth NOTHING!!

So if you pull down the curtain of denial we all want to help people, We are Americans that what we do, how we pay for it,Well, that’s the real problem, because soon as you start paying interest on a debt, you lose control of where that money goes, and believe me it’s not going to pay the interest on your savings account.

It is probably going somewhere to keep discourse and division in the American people so you lose sight of what they are taking from you. Your Freedom.

Haven’t yo ever wondered why with both parents working and providing income we still can’t seem to reach that level our parents had, with just one person working? DEBT it is going to ruin all our lives as we know it. it makes the Rich VERY rich and the poor VERY poor. The final question is, Who runs the Government? The Rich or the Poor.

Jane   February 24th, 2008 - 10:36 am

JJ   February 24th, 2008 - 12:01 pm

This poor lil fuzzy munchkin….never had a clue.

Mike   February 24th, 2008 - 1:17 pm

First of all, I consider myself a conservative. I believe quite strongly in capitalism. But seriously, what has this country come to when people use this logic?

1. Liberal goes on Fox News and claims 1,000,000 people dead.

2. Conservatives remember that they heard it’s only 600,000. Or maybe less according to what random study they believe.

Thus, conservatives conclude we’re doing just fine since it’s not 1 million dead. Come on they’re only Iraqi people anyway.

I’m not a God fearing man like so many in this regressing country, but how can so many of you value over half a million lives so poorly. It’s driven by fear, ignorance, bigotry and egoism. And it’s quite sad.

The Iraqi people had nothing to do with any of the thousands who died from 9/11. Our American leaders are the reason Saddam gained power. Where is all this hatred coming from?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casualties_of_the_conflict_in_Iraq_since_2003

Answer to total number of deaths due to Iraq invasion is hard to say as it can be calculated in many ways, is hard to measure accuratly and comes from different sources. Making it impossible to come up with a valid, reliable figure. A sensible order of magnitude seems to be the 100,000-1,000,000 range. Obviously many millions of lives have been effected in one way or another.

Regarding my views on his comments. It would take a few books to cover everything. Generally speaking he has a point – Fox is shit and many people do not know it, they lack enough strength of mind to escape the conditioning the suffer in America (or the world in general for that matter). Fox is one of many thousands of corporations in the world that make it a horrific place, their biased, controlling, profitering way to approaching the news is a disgrace. Their approach to the US elections is proof enough of this.

This guy is (I suspect) trying to raise awareness. It would seem from the reactions on here that people are not taking him seriously and are not considering their stance on Fow news …

JPK   February 24th, 2008 - 3:24 pm

I second motion keith olbermann.

So called Faux conservatives are too brainwashed to even know Bush/Cheney are the most liberal of all the American administrations, when they are arrogantly presiding over the BIGGEST government in US history, but of course a conservative use of the fore-brain would not allow such insight.

This camp guy is one of the most enlightened fellow I have seen on Faux network, and gets my vote over McInsane.

Fox Viewer   February 24th, 2008 - 4:08 pm

For many years I have been watching fox and wondering what our next threat will be. I have discovered it.

I fear that if a democrat wins the 2008 democrat election we will be subjected to a new form of tyranny. I call it neoislamonism. It is a combination of neo-islamic/islam/and mormonism/facism(whichever you like less). IT is a grave threat that must be addressed and if the democrats in congress aren’t will to face it, us republicans must. Please find the name of your local lobbyist and send them a letter telling them you want congress to pass a defense bill on neoislamonism. It’s not just a word… it’s a thing.

Bänge L'en   February 24th, 2008 - 4:29 pm

Being ignorant of the actual innerworkings and theoretical constituents of Fox-News is to be quite unaware of its purpose. It’s not news…not in the strict sense of journalism and objective reporting. It’s a schaudenfreud bath whose prescribed opinion-based, selective coverage of major world issues targets the biases and animal anger of middle american conservatives and others living within the mindsets of 2 C.E. I repeat: it’s not news. Some people will never learn! It’s up to those who can to shut down this disgusting campaign of mental manipulation, thereby flushing the hate and ignorance into extinction. Weeds, you, Fox-News!

Wow, that guy should be thrown in GITMO or taken before the Hayg for WARCRIMES. How dare he spout such lies. Inciting violence, warmongering and lies. Oh wait you guys are talking about the comedian, not Rupert Murdoch?

ralph   February 24th, 2008 - 7:26 pm

Jesus wept.

Sam   February 24th, 2008 - 7:56 pm

Actually, the comedian is probably close about those million deaths. In October 2006, the best statistical methods (done the same researchers and methods the Bush administration has used to best estimate deaths in wars in Africa, etc.) put it at 655,000 extra Iraqis dead due to the war. That was a year and a half ago, so by now around 800,000 – 850,000 is possible, which is far too close to a million than it should be.

you all are filthy human beings, the one’s who want to nitpick at the 1,000,000 figure.

Is it somehow better that we only killed 600,000

THE US RUTHLESSLY SLAUGHTERS WOMEN, BLOWS BABIES TO PIECES AND MISSES ENEMY COMBATANTS WHILE ANNIHILATING CIVILIANS!!!!

WE HAVE NOTHING TO BE PROUD OF!

WE ARE MURDERERS JUST LIKE HITLER, POL POT, OR STALIN. WAKE UP YOU SMUG BASTARDS!

Three points:

1. Fox News is essentially entertainment, and while CNN may suck, they’re a far cry from this fascist nonsense.

2. Captain Kirk was the topic directly following this comedian guy

3. Liberal is more aptly applied to Bush, as he has spent billions and put everyone alive today in debt for the rest of their lives, like it or not. When will you idiots read your history to find the meaning of a true liberal, as the comedian said conservative words.

IF YOU DARE CALL YOURSELF CONSERVATIVE, THEN CONSERVE THE ENVIRONMENT, CONSERVE THE NATIONAL BUDGET, CONSERVE AMERICAN LIVES ON DEATH ROW, CONSERVE ALL HUMAN LIFE ABROAD, CONSERVE CALORIES YOU COW CONSUMERS (yes i’d imagine eating red meat is essential to being a bloodthirsty fox fan)

Screw you REPUBLICAN DRONES   February 24th, 2008 - 9:33 pm

The simple fact is everyone comparing his number of ‘one million dead people in Iraq’ clearly have never heard of expressional exaggeration. He was trying to make a point. Something 90% of the people here fail to do so. I’m PROUD to be in a country where our President can make laws that COUNTER our constitution and no one cares. What ever happend to this system of Checks and Balances? The simple fact is, news organizations(fox among the worse) skew debates and who they will track(for better or worse) on this campaign trail. Fox in the end is no better than your local 10 O’Clock fear mongering local news(and their journalism is just as professional) I don’t know when the hunger for knowledge ceased and desisted in the US, however you DOLTS are proving a fine case as to why inbred nascar junkies need a gallon of Chlorine dumped into their gene pool. Truly, this right here represents the fall of ideals.

I don’t know this guy but he’s freakin funny. “Parade of propaganda” and “festival of ignorance”? Can’t we just get along?

Fox IS Propaganda   February 24th, 2008 - 10:17 pm

Uhh, you guys saying that “this proves fox isn’t propaghanda because he was able to come on and speak his mind” are complete fools. Yes, I’m sure he met with the head people at fox news and told them he was going to say that. I’m sure he did and they let him on anyway saying, “sure, go for it, use your freedom of speech!” (sarcasm).

This happens because people get on the show, and then lash out and speak their mind. No way would he be allowed on the show if they knew he was going to say this.

Idiot, blind Sux News Fanboys….argh, you disgust me.

There’s a book called “Captain Kirk’s Guide To Women”?

Holy TOLEDO! You can rant about the comedian- I’m going to get the book!

Anonymous   February 25th, 2008 - 12:06 am

For those who are saying the casualty count isn’t very high… I would suggest being more educated before you comment on the topic. If you only watch news on TV you are very limited! There are estimates that are at roughly 1 million.

Economist.com
The human cost of war in Iraq
Calculating casualties
Oct 12th 2006
From The Economist print edition

650,000 more people have died since the start of the war than would have been expected had the war never begun.

Data from individuals within a cluster are highly correlated. As a result, that 650,000 lies near the middle of a wide range of possibilities. The researchers say that between 390,000 and 943,000 more people have died than would otherwise have been expected. Previous counts have suggested a much lower toll (although earlier work by the same researchers found a high death rate). This, with the wide range, raises suspicions: George Bush quickly dismissed the findings. But there is no mathematical reason why the true figure should be closer to one extreme than the other.

Joseph Foxnews Goebbels   February 25th, 2008 - 12:17 am

This Camp fellow said one of the most enlightened things I have seen on Faux.

What the so called “fox conservatives” don’t know is that Buch/Cheney is presiding over the BIGGEST gov’t in US history, but of course a bit less “conservative” use of the fore-brain should make this plainly visible.

I find it sad some of the dimwits are nitpicking over less than a million killed figure when it appears to be figurative.

Conscientious Observer   February 25th, 2008 - 12:18 am

I think it’s sad to see so many people verbally stone someone for bringing up the death and destruction our country has brought to the people of Iraq. Sure he may have taken the upper limit of possible casualties, but that has nothing to do with the credibility of FOX News. I am very conservative, but I am truly ashamed of my so called conservative counterparts. You will pick apart anything, but the true issue. I have heard you call this man a twerp, a flat-faced weisel, a moron, a wanna be hippie, and the list goes on. You’ve done little to nothing to contradict his point other than try to smear it with mud.

You say FOX is credible for airing this. The fact is this caught them off gaurd. They didn’t have time to react, so they cut to some skimpy dressed women to distract their viewers.

Riot   February 25th, 2008 - 12:26 am

The problem is that it’s just that, a rant. Fox News is a joke, but let’s face it, going on a tirade against the people interviewing you is an absolutely retarded career move and it’s only going to last as long as it takes the engineers to cut the mic.

Couldn’t he have at least hit them with a hard question, something embarassing that they can’t just sweep away with a mic cut?

Josh Davis   February 25th, 2008 - 1:02 am

You can easily tell the problem Fox News has as a propaganda network, because every time someone catches them being biased on live TV (and it happens often), the anchors quickly stain their pants for about five seconds while they try to think of some way to keep their conservative audience from changing the channel. Why do you think Fox News has such high ratings in the first place? It’s because long ago they decided to put their conservative viewership above their news credibility. Obama’s Muslim madrassa anyone?

AbeL   February 25th, 2008 - 2:13 am

That bearded Taliban gnome loser ought to go back to his cave in Afghanistan.

The rest of you unthinking lot out there should know that 90% of the media and entertainers are liberal Kool-Aid drinkers. Fox is the only network that’s worth anyone’s time. The rest of these clowns (CNN, NBC, CBS, MSNBC and ABC) just spew left-wing nonsense and rubbish all day long.

Tim   February 25th, 2008 - 4:11 am

Reading these comments, I really can’t believe that this many people still actually buy into Faux news… They cut away to a story about Captain Kirk picking up chicks for Christs sake! There is some hard hitting journalism for you. I’m reminded of the movie “Idiocracy”, where the future planet was populated by morons, and they got their news from Fox. You people have the internet, there is no excuse for you to not use it and start thinking for yourselves.

So ok, some guy had a four second rant in which everything he said was true. But at the end was more offensive in my opinion, honestly. That ridiculous thing with the wooing chicks thing is so fox. So stupid and pointless. Fox consists of boobs and overwhelming conservatism. Not that that’s sooo awful or anything, you could watch another channel, but with the wooing martian girls on a f***ing news channel, it brings to mind the question of why the hell do people watch this garbage. Why is it called fox news? It should be fox sexy action conservative news. f*** fox. and that hippy guy could have done so much better. And Bill O reilly angers me beyond reason. There are reasons but the white hot intensity of my anger is outmatched by any justification. Go ahead, watch your fux news.

Top psychiatrist concludes liberals clinically nuts
Eminent psychiatrist makes case ideology is mental disorder

WASHINGTON – Just when liberals thought it was safe to start identifying themselves as such, an acclaimed, veteran psychiatrist is making the case that the ideology motivating them is actually a mental disorder.
“Based on strikingly irrational beliefs and emotions, modern liberals relentlessly undermine the most important principles on which our freedoms were founded,” says Dr. Lyle Rossiter, author of the new book, “The Liberal Mind: The Psychological Causes of Political Madness.” “Like spoiled, angry children, they rebel against the normal responsibilities of adulthood and demand that a parental government meet their needs from cradle to grave.”
While political activists on the other side of the spectrum have made similar observations, Rossiter boasts professional credentials and a life virtually free of activism and links to “the vast right-wing conspiracy.”
For more than 35 years he has diagnosed and treated more than 1,500 patients as a board-certified clinical psychiatrist and examined more than 2,700 civil and criminal cases as a board-certified forensic psychiatrist. He received his medical and psychiatric training at the University of Chicago.
Rossiter says the kind of liberalism being displayed by the two major candidates for the Democratic Party presidential nomination can only be understood as a psychological disorder.
A social scientist who understands human nature will not dismiss the vital roles of free choice, voluntary cooperation and moral integrity – as liberals do,” he says. “A political leader who understands human nature will not ignore individual differences in talent, drive, personal appeal and work ethic, and then try to impose economic and social equality on the population – as liberals do. And a legislator who understands human nature will not create an environment of rules which over-regulates and over-taxes the nation’s citizens, corrupts their character and reduces them to wards of the state – as liberals do.”
Dr. Rossiter says the liberal agenda preys on weakness and feelings of inferiority in the population by:
• creating and reinforcing perceptions of victimization;
• satisfying infantile claims to entitlement, indulgence and compensation;
• augmenting primitive feelings of envy;
• rejecting the sovereignty of the individual, subordinating him to the will of the government.
“The roots of liberalism – and its associated madness – can be clearly identified by understanding how children develop from infancy to adulthood and how distorted development produces the irrational beliefs of the liberal mind,” he says. “When the modern liberal mind whines about imaginary victims, rages against imaginary villains and seeks above all else to run the lives of persons competent to run their own lives, the neurosis of the liberal mind becomes painfully obvious.”

Louise   February 25th, 2008 - 9:14 am

For Greg:

The Iraqi death toll comes from “Iraq Body Count”: http://www.iraqbodycount.org/

Iraq Body Count is an ongoing human security project which maintains and updates the world’s largest public database of violent civilian deaths during and since the 2003 invasion. The count encompasses non-combatants killed by military or paramilitary action and the breakdown in civil security following the invasion.

Data is drawn from cross-checked media reports, hospital, morgue, NGO and official figures to produce a credible record of known deaths and incidents)

After all we totally destroyed Dresden during the second world war and only managed to kill a minimum of thirty-five thousand (allied estimate) or one hundred thousand(German estimate) so tell me where did you hide the bodies? Perhaps they were invisible men, or perhaps the lot of you have an IQ that can be measured on the fingers of one hand.

Rome is burning and you are worried about “Faux News”? Incidents like this is why I jumped off the liberal wagon. And make no mistake, this guy holds liberal views.

Come on, present day, so many people have so many choices. It is not like that is all that is out there. Imagine someone watching this and grasp, watching or reading another news source. Personally I do not even watch the network. I do not use tv for my news source as a whole. But again, even if others do, there are several choices and frankly, those other choices mimic each other. One that stands alone and MSN, CNN,ABC,CBS,NBC. And you guys can’t handle one that that does not mimic the others? Come on, who is limiting free choice here?
I wish that the powers that be who distract you with such fluff to get outraged on would spend the same energy to find solutions to our country’s ills and find a common ground to do that, instead of dividing us and adding even more fuel to the fire. Come on people, let it go and move on. Frankly, it is an example of the childish behavior of the left that made me leave its stranglehold.

Louise   February 25th, 2008 - 4:56 pm

I’m actually shocked that there are people on this thread who actually believe FOX news is credible. As a point of proof, how many of you FOX views were aware that the US and Canadian militaries signed an agreement on Feb. 14th to combine their militaries in the event of civil emergencies? The agreement basically means that if we have another 9/11 or Katrina, Canadian troops may be down her on our home soil ordering you around. Now, that might just seem harmless and actually beneficial to some of you, but keep in mind that the Canadian military does NOT have to abide by the rules that govern the US military….just a piece of info you should keep in mind.

Also, some of you may have heard about this by now, but what about the 4 undersea telecommunication cables in the Mediterranean that were cut a few weeks back, rendering Iran, among other countries, without internet connectivity–a vital form of external communication? This should have been headline news, but I didn’t hear a word about it on the cable news channels.

And just for fun, how many of you are aware that Habaes Corpus no exists in the US? That means you can be jailed without being charged, which means that for the most part the Bill of Rights no longer protects you. Are you aware that the Protect America Act makes it legal to tap your international calls without a warrant? Are you aware that David Walker (former US Comptroller) recently resigned because the US is in dire straights (going bankrupt), and he has been unable to change policy in Washington to prevent it? Also, no one disagrees with Mr. Walker, they are just failing to act.

How many more things are going on that you DON’T know about? I would wager a lot.

For those who scoffed at the 1 million dead in Iraq, well you should be ashamed. As a matter of fact, the number of Iraqi casualties is currently 1,173,743. And the number of US military casualties is 3970 as of today.

I know people are busy, and I know that not everyone has time to actually research the news; instead, we rely on FOX, CNN, MSNBC, and so on. I used to be an avid viewer myself. But the fact of the matter is, none of the news stations tell you what’s really going on. They are businesses, and media businesses are interested in ratings–hence all the news on Brittany, Paris, and so on. The real news is depressing.

I encourage all of you to not be so easily led. Ask yourself: Why are my civil liberties being taken away while the boarders remain wide open, providing easy access to terrorists? Ask your self why HR1955, a bill that basically obliterates freedom of speech by making any opinions or speech that runs contrary to US policy “thought crimes” and punishable by jail, passed in the Senate and is awaiting vote in the House.

Please, people…..don’t be so easily led. We are a great nation because we are based on the idea of individual freedom and justice for all. Look into the issues. I’m not asking you to believe me just because I’m telling you; I’m asking you to look into the issues and make your own decisions based on information…..and not information that is spoon fed to you by the mainstream media. Information Clearing House (you can google it) is a good place to start. Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying the Clearing House is the “only” source, though. You should look around and find more. Personally, I like to read foreign newspapers because they provide a much different perspective.

Just keep your mind and your options open. Always question the answers. Just because Sean Hannity, O’Reilly, Wolf Blitzer, and so on tell you it’s so, doesn’t mean that it’s true.

So caring for the Iraqis they stay here and do nothing, so caring fgor the homeless they go out to clubs and get drunk… so caring for the planet they don’t even clean their own rooms… so poor from Bush they can only afford $1500 in tattooes, $200 designer punk wear, and an $800 airfare ticket to San Fran to see the Lilith Festival. Oh to be so young and so right about everything.
So loving they hate Bush, hate Fox, Hate reps.
They cry the same ancient corporations are taking over the world,,, the same Che Guevera crap that was spewed by thier grandparents but these new lefties think it is new, and they are sooo smart they “Get it” but know one else did. We grew out of it. I hope you do not because we need your vote, 1 you don’t vote, 2 your vote isn’t enough judging from the last 2 electyions… No I hope you grow out of it because notjhing is more pathetic then an old grey haired left/hatefilled ponytail wearing pagan seeking truth in all the wrong places, and trying to pick up young left wing girls looking for an older/ guru to fill them with absolute non-sequiters… and garbage. I would love to know just how many hours the average critic of Fox News has actually spent watching the “news” programs before arriving at their conclusions. O’Reilly is not a news program. He is a commentator. Same with Hannity and Colmes. And even within the news programs there are portions which include commentary. I suspect that the critics above have not watched an hour of Fox news between them, but rather have gathered their opinions from others who also have probably not done any serious listening to Fox.

Oh. Even trying extra hard to give this commedian the benefit of the doubt, his comments weren’t even remotely funny. I can’t even imagine why anyone would be responding to his thoughts.

Liberals are such whiners.
They are the brats of our society.

The problem is that before Fox News, the Mainstream Media’s leftwing bias was the norm.
Now you have someone like Fox News that’s actually fair and balanced, the Liberals whine about it.

It’s nice to have a news org like Fox News that’s not just another mouthpiece of the DNC like ABC CBS MSNBC and Public Radio/TV are.

Mack   February 27th, 2008 - 12:18 pm

He was a guest of the program, and acted like a complete jackass. Of course, this being America, his not risking anything more than the contempt of the talent and producers; on the contrary, he’ll grab hold of a few minutes of fame and the adoration of people like him.

This is perfectly emblematic of what that wing of the American left has become; a community of crybaby, whiny, holier-than-thou, daddy-hating, ignorant, self-indulgent, free-riding, self-absorbed boors. He accepts a guest spot on Fox, no doubt on the premise that he had something to contribute, and then slimes them live in an irrelevant rant – nothing to do with the subject at hand. Real subversive .

Bob   February 27th, 2008 - 1:25 pm

Funny how liberals love to hate Fox News. Nothing is ever said about CNN (Clinton’s News Network) or PMSNBC or ABC “News”. There’s more propaganda on either of those “news” outlets in one hour than Fox puts out in a month.
Fox is the best and losers always want to tear down the best to make themselves look better. No wonder the Klintons and Hussein-Obamas are so popular…

PK   February 27th, 2008 - 5:05 pm

Anarchy will prevail and you will all feel what is felt in starving third world nations. I’m 60 and know that I won’t be around much longer, but all you ex-hippie pinkoes and young punk socialist thinkers will die of hunger and will pray to be rescued by a nation that will dominate and supply more freebies in exchange for your indenturedness. Remember….I told you so. I might take several years, but prepare yourselves!

Robert B   February 29th, 2008 - 5:39 pm

What a cheap shot from this idiot; he obviously doesn’t know what’s going on outside his own little comedy world. Call Hillary at 3 AM and you can whine together.

Sheriffshingles   March 1st, 2008 - 12:01 am

I like how people here are defending Fox News, like the kid was cracking on Edgar Allen Poe or Mark Twain. I can understand why you don’t like this kid, because he looks like a hippy or he’s skinny or what ever else I’ve been reading here, but why defend Fox News? If you have time to watch Fox News, I suggest you use it to watch porn, read the Harvard classics or join an international youth squishy community. Something, anything other than that garbage channel.

Go back to bed, America, your government has figured out how it all transpired. Go back to bed America, your goverment is in control. Here, here’s American Gladiators. Watch this, shut up, go back to bed America, here is American Gladiators, here is 56 channels of it! Watch these pituitary retards bang their skulls together and congratulate you on the living in the land of freedom. Here you go America – you are free to do what we tell you! You are free to do what we tell you!

God bless America and no where else!

Hmm—what first comes into my mind after veiwing this clip—-Hmmm—How’s about—KNUCKLEHEAD!!!!!

Little Mickey   March 1st, 2008 - 9:13 pm

Leapin’ lizards some of you people are dumb!

This video is GREAT! This kid is in the studio, he calls them on their fake B.S. TO THEIR FACES, stuns them into silence, and so they cut to the next segment featuring scantily clad women talking about Captain Kirk…..HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!! Brilliant!!!

the Dude   March 2nd, 2008 - 1:48 am

There is silence after his comments out of shear embarrassment for him. His comments are such typical liberal stupidity that they do not warrant a response.

mouthbreather   March 3rd, 2008 - 5:36 am

Tom Painless showes his liberal facistism by the projection of his guilt by saying

“Fascism is a right-wing ideology. Fascism = Corporations + Government. Cheney is a fascist; Bush his dimwitted mouthpiece. That they call themselves Christian is the cruelest joke, since the teachings of Jesus are incompatible with Capitalism.”

He also suffers with BDS (Bush Derangement Syndrome)

Alex   March 3rd, 2008 - 1:21 pm

Comedian?…

This guy sounds like Keith Oberman…so called journalist.

KPRO   March 3rd, 2008 - 6:12 pm

Who was that jackazz? This guy is so stupid I can’t believe it! Who’s in charge of giving him his valium in the morning? But I must say one thing, it takes a really special idiot to go on national TV and prove to everyone that without a doubt you are an idiot moron, and this guy did it spendidly!

Steve, New York NY   March 3rd, 2008 - 8:40 pm

That was the clearest example I’ve seen of the depth of an average Obama supporter. I cannot…I will not…believe that we are ready to turn the country over to these people. It would be like putting your kids in charge of your home.

George in Cincy   March 3rd, 2008 - 8:49 pm

Parade of propaganda? Festival of ignorance?

Great pre-planned comments.

So original. So unfair and unbalanced.

Try this one Lee, you are a festival of stupidity and exhibition of ugliness. Sorry the ugly is mean spirited. Goony looking – that’s better.

Stupidity stands – he got his 10 seconds of fame.

May his limelight go dim.

Jon   March 4th, 2008 - 9:33 pm

Oh and if you listen to the news and take them at their word without checking the facts for yourself.

Well what can I say, you are lazy and ignorant.

Jon   March 5th, 2008 - 5:21 am

Another proponent of the Lancet Study style of sample polling.

Call 1000 people, ask how many people they know who died, and multiply by the number of Iraqi’s.

Just wondering, where did the 850,000 extra bodies go?

Nate K   March 5th, 2008 - 5:56 am

The entertainment industry is full of people just like him, dont be so suprised. Someone probably knew he was going on and bet him 10 bucks he wouldn’t say stupid stuff. Looks like he won 10 bucks

Doug W   March 5th, 2008 - 3:38 pm

What is newsworthy about a publicity seeking liitle fairy like this? Just looking at his lineless childish face tells anyone with a brain that he has lived a very protected life. The guy takes Fox’s money and then tries to stab them in the back hoping for a career boost from some fellow traveler in LA. Bet the farm that his paid appearances from now on will bill him as “the guy who gave Fox a black eye” or some such drivel. Good lord America, we are really becoming too stupid as a people to survive.

Travis S   March 5th, 2008 - 5:55 pm

He’s a loser. He figured that nobody really laughs at his jokes, but this would at least get left leaning hippies to take a look at him.

I do have to give it to him though, he is smart, he lacks any kind of class whatsoever, but he is smart. I never would have even remembered the guy (I actually looked his stuff up online and it SUCKS) except for this publicity stunt.

He has a little weener as well. It shows because he has a napoleon complex and he isn’t that small…it must be his little pecker.

Jeff   March 5th, 2008 - 6:56 pm

What a dork this little guy comes on national tv and is a authority on the War, WTF is going on here and some of you ”AMERICANS?” on here for your own Marxists garbadge, and commie comments go away its a free country I dont like the Patriot Act anymore than anyone else but if you are a Terrorist and are plotting to kill my fellow Americans and others than no problem with the Patriot Act, I know if you do nothing wrong cheating, killing, lying, then you have nothing to worry about, what you should worry about is the Liberal Crazies out there that want to stop you from talking like Hate Speech, or Tolerance for Gays etc and erasing our history of America as a land of the free, thats who you should be concerned about not some stupid little nut job with a bad shave and needs a haircut is saying. Support our Troops means that you care about America you dont have to like the war, but for Gods sake support our troops who ARE fighting a ENEMY that wants to destroy America period.Clinton is to blame as much as Bush also.

Miguel   March 6th, 2008 - 4:03 pm

D-Fox   March 6th, 2008 - 6:09 pm

Don’t like Fox? Then don’t watch Fox.

Tell me what news outlet you do watch.

I havent’ watched the other news outlets since Walter Croncite and his lady vote talliers cried after Reagan landslided Carter in 1980. That’s a long time without the liberal biased news.

Fox news is great. Watch the Special Report with Brit Hume and find out.

Oh, I just reminded myself, it’s on now on the internet.

I’m in Germany.

Have fun!!

That little twerp loved to take a cheap shot knowing the poor host couldn’t do anything about it. FNC has tons of libs on it from Bob Beckel to Eleanor Clift but that isn’t enough. The libs who want a network like NBC/MSNBC that only preaches socialism.

FOX is BIASED!!   March 8th, 2008 - 7:19 pm

All these defenders of Fox have got to be fooling themselves!

Didn’t a Fox commentator say on the air that the only reason Hillary is able to make a serious run for the Presidency is because she stood by her husband after he lied under oath about cheating on her???

It was MSNBC??? ohh

Didn’t Fox endorse John McCain as the Republican nominee for President and then less than a month later run a high-profile story quoting former McCain aides and other unnamed sources reporting that McCain had a relationship with a female lobbyist that appeared to be inappropriate???

It was the New York Times???? You don’t say

Anyway, Fox News is BIASED. All you Fox News viewers, stop watching your TV, get outside, hug your children….

Dawn   March 8th, 2008 - 7:49 pm

I have a tissue for his issues. We have put up with CBS,NBC and Abc’s liberal propaganda for years and finally people that can report the news without having their nose stuffed up Cronkites liberal backside. We have some cheese and crackers for your WHINE.

I would make a comment, but I really couldn’t care less what the squeeky little moron says. I mean I tell my professor over and over, get out of the men’s clothes and quit trying to pick up goats. It’s unseemely for a grown woman. And quit trying to glue on facial hair. It just doesn’t work.

Chopper   March 9th, 2008 - 3:18 pm

LMAOROTFF!!!

I see the word “fascist” tossed around and it’s obvious most don’t have a CLUE what “fascism” is! And…the rampant PARNOIA!!! LOL!!!

And…someone does “research…” citing facts from WIKIPEDIA????

lol!!!

If indeed there were a million killed in Iraq, it was NOT by OUR military. Likely, just look at the ethnic cleansing perpetuated by that dirtbag Saddam Hussein. Start with the Kurds…maybe toss in a few Iranians.

This little dweeb is typical of the left-wing “fascists” who resort to hyperbole and LIES to make a point when their other tactics fail.

Al Franken is probably his/her role model…and Rosie O’Donnel his/her fact checker.

Just Google it!

Bill Clinton   March 11th, 2008 - 12:50 am

I am sorry I m issed the ranter’s ranting rave. Next to the squicky clean perhaps will resign today State of New York Govenor, I was in need a a good laugh today.

KeysterKicked   March 11th, 2008 - 6:06 pm

600,000 and some change in dead people. Okay — that is a significant number… but lets not forget that those were NOT nec. killed by our soldiers and there would have been a pretty significant number killed by Hussein if he was left in power. SO – to quote THE MAN – “There are lies, Damn Lies, and statistics” — Mark Twain.

We did this with the info we had — we could have managed it better… but we CANNOT cut and run at this point just because we are tired. It is like steeping in dog doo — it is bad, but you cant just stand around and say it is bad…we should have never stepped in it… we cannot just throw out our shoes… no you buck up, clean up, and shut up. STOP WHINING and lets finish something. k

northstar62   March 12th, 2008 - 11:49 am

It’s bad enough when entertainers who we’ve heard of display their ignorance with stupid statements. It’s really bad when a no-name,no-talent twit like this goof think that anyone cares what he thinks he thinks. I doubt that he’s had an original thought his entire life.

You would never see anyone on the Ms. Olbermann show express a thought contrary to what little Ms. Olberman thinks.

steveo43   March 13th, 2008 - 9:27 pm

It is one thing to think that most people are pretty ignorant about things outside their immediate scope of experience.
It is quite another to come to face with so much ignorance on a comment board like this.
For crying out loud people– pick up a book and start exercising your mind.
And don’t be afraid to be “a little strange”, especially when surrounded by conforming idiots.

CherDash   March 15th, 2008 - 1:05 am

Pugsley   March 15th, 2008 - 2:54 pm

“what is fox news anyway?” Why, they are the channel kicking the cowboy crap out of cnn, cbs, nbc and abc in the ratings game – that’s who.

TeeJay   March 15th, 2008 - 5:25 pm

News flash to that Ron Reagan Junior looking clown: your manager at Wendy’s just called to say that your smoke break is over and to get your sorry face back to work now.

Edward R. Murrow   March 16th, 2008 - 1:24 am

Wow! Now we’re up to 1 million citizens killed in Iraq. That’s even higher that Amnesty International threw up against the wall recently (first they splattered the American public with a bogus estimate of 650,000, then just last month announced it was now over 900,000). Does AI or this unknown comic ever divert their attention away from those bastions of accurate news, Moveon.org or dailykos. Geez…

Fox News…..Fair, Balanced, and un-afraid!

Raymond   March 16th, 2008 - 12:53 pm

That Liberal Turd shows just how ignorant he and his ilk are. I just love the fact that Fox News scares those people the way it does.

monique   March 18th, 2008 - 5:16 pm

The little turd looked drunk or on something. He doesn’t even know he is on a news station. He obviously has missed a few of the last years, he is thinking Saddam is still in power and is still killing his people when he tries to talk about a million dead. Why do you think they call it DOPE! He kinda looks like a crack-head in this clip.

USAALLTHEWAY   March 18th, 2008 - 11:48 pm

That comdeian was pretty funny….funny how Fox News is political propoganda. It’s never any other of the liberal biased news stations NBC, ABC, CNN and several others. Everyone knows the majority of the media in all it’s forms is LIBERAL!!

J   March 19th, 2008 - 3:33 pm

Yeah Stopcop, I thought the same thing. Dead and maimed in Iraq, and they go to a story about “women of the Enterprise” lol

tramky   March 19th, 2008 - 8:32 pm

Well, those Fox hosts weren’t very quick on their verbal feet, but I immediately recognized that, as a guest on this Fox show, HE was part of the parade of propaganda. What a no-nothing twit. This guy is supposedly a comedian, so what does he do? He attacks the very venue that might make him more publicly known in a positive way. Instead, his excellent show-business smarts had him attacking his hosts as he pretends to be smarter than everyone else, including his potential audience who he chides for watching Fox instead of going outside or ‘loving your family’. Maybe he should have stayed at home himself rather than appear on the most popular, most successful cable channel in history.

Yeah, we’ll listen to this guy’s judgements about anything. He’d be better on the sportscaster’s “Countdown” on MSNBC, both at an intellectual level with the sportscaster and at a ratings level. Another loser shows his losing ways as he snatches defeat from the jaws of victory. I’m still laughing.

Liberal + Comedian = oxymoron.

Mike   March 22nd, 2008 - 9:45 am

There is a VFW Post in Santa Maria, Ca. that doesn’t think much of Fox News or the freedom of it’s members either. The VFW post banned the Fox News channel from it’s televison behind the bar and when I complained about the Post banning Fox News they banned me also! So much for the freedoms our veterans fight for!

Les Emmerson   March 22nd, 2008 - 2:24 pm

When you’re acclimated to the liberal claptrap that CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC call ‘news’, a “fair and balanced” newscast seems to be right wing facism. It’s that simple.

Besides, long-haired, freaky people need not apply.

Charlie Company   March 22nd, 2008 - 8:48 pm

That goofy “comedian” must be a graduate of the Al Franken school of comedy.

Dave   March 24th, 2008 - 11:28 am

Does this “comedian” acknowledge the liberal bias of CBS, NBC or ABC? Judging from this clip he looks like he smokes a bowl of weed and watches the Daily Show and The Colbert Report back-to-back, surprisingly two liberal shows owned by Viacom who owns FOX. Dude, get off the drugs, start exercising, read a book and get a job!

Dirty Harry   March 24th, 2008 - 3:28 pm

Comedian? Looks like some kind of dwarf, inbred little queer.

Bunny   March 26th, 2008 - 1:19 am

You’d think this twit would wait until he acutally had a career before he went stepping on his junk. Guess it’s not ok to have even one network that is not a fountain of leftwing lunacy. Anyway check out the ratings, Murdoch found a niche, more than half the entire population.

Bunny   March 26th, 2008 - 1:24 am

Louise – WTF take a breather.

Maven   March 26th, 2008 - 1:26 am

Steve   March 26th, 2008 - 9:21 am

I love Fox News. No apologies whatsoever. Another voice that dares to be different. Does this hack comedian think CNN has no political point of view, nor MSNBC, or CBS, or NBC, or ABC? Believe me, we on the conservative side can see the obvious bias from the other networks. This knucklehead should take a walk on the wild side, and try seeing things from a different point of view.

Kile Anderson   March 27th, 2008 - 5:46 pm

The reason lefty commie libs hate Fox is fairly obvious. They have made their living by lying to the American people for over 40 years and they did it by controlling the media. Begining in the late 80’s with talk radio and now with the Fox News Network, their strangle hold on the portals of information has been broken.

They simply can’t handle the truth. Fox puts out both sides of the story and they actually call their guests on the BS they spout. Unlike other news outlets, they don’t let their guests eroneous talking points go unchallenged. In other words, Fox News Anchors do the job that journalists are supposed to do.

Can anyone site an instance where Fox News was proven to be completely and totally wrong on a story or proven to have made up the facts? The New York Times has been proven wrong more times than I can count. So have CNN, CBS, NBC, Newsweek and numerous others.

You commies need to just realize that when the truth is told, you will always lose.

Geraldine   March 27th, 2008 - 11:16 pm

Cronkite stated “You think the little twerp nobody would have had balls enough to do that with Shepard Smith?”

Shepard likes men his age, not younger

Dale   March 27th, 2008 - 11:20 pm

Kile Anderson asked “Can anyone site an instance where Fox News was proven to be completely and totally wrong on a story or proven to have made up the facts?”

Yes, many times! The worse was the US attack on Iraq and they had to recant 1/4 of what they had reported! Notice they no longer cover the war as they did. It’s 24/7 news on Anna Nicole Smith’s death and whatever Britney Spears is up to!

MF   March 28th, 2008 - 10:18 pm

Man. I have no more hope for humanity. Are all of you that dedicated to your “cause” to realize that you sound like a total moron? Both sides. Everyone. Stupid. America should burn.

Darian   March 29th, 2008 - 9:59 pm

its a shame idiots like that no name comedian have to believe the crap that some of the little networks put out about fox..he needs to grow up and learn a thing or two.. it always astounds me that liberals have to scream their ignorance form the highest mountaintop…cant they hear how they sound..

Patrick C.   April 1st, 2008 - 11:54 pm

I’m not going to defend Fox News. They are big boys and can speak for themselves. But I am going to express my displeasure at the little weasel “comedian” who demonstrated his ignorance by characterizing Fox News coverage as “propaganda”.

Clearly this little cretin has never been exposed to propaganda. He should take his narrow little mind to Iran, Syria, North Korea or China. And if he really wants a dose of some very effective homespun propaganda, he can listen to Hillary Clinton expound on her military exploits in Bosnia. Or he can revel in Obama’s explanation of why he stuck with his racist, America-hater pastor, Rev. Wright, for twenty years.

(Hillary Clinton remarked recently that she dodged sniper fire in the mid-nineties while visiting US troops in Bosnia. This was intended to beef up her military resume. However, according to the CBS video documenting the event, there was no sniper fire and everyone smiled and stood upright while two Bosnian children happily greeted them. Obama explained last month that he stuck with his racist, America-hater pastor because in twenty years of sermons, he had never heard the good reverend damn America or blame 9/11 on white America. Obama later backpedalled from this utterly laughable position by claiming that Rev. Wright was really a gentle soul and had only ranted occasionally. Obama would have us believe that he really disapproved of Wright’s words, but he still values Rev. Wright as a virtual family member.)

The only thing which was comedic about the little weasel who I am describing here is his utter ignorance of reality. If he wants to hear propaganda, he need only to listen to his favorite Democrat presidential candidate. That should give him his fill of real, robust propaganda.

Chris Healy   April 4th, 2008 - 1:30 pm

This is what happens when you’re raised on CNN and MTV. Idiocy and forced mental retardation.

ActorLA   April 5th, 2008 - 1:39 pm

I rather enjoy Faux News.

Rob   October 31st, 2008 - 5:56 pm

You call that a rant? Fox news is the probably the most risible, disreputable organisation peddling the crudest sort of propaganda in the Western world today. Noboday in Europe takes it seriously, in fact, there have been many complaints to broadcasting regulators in the UK about it, where broadcasters are ACTUALLY required to be impartial, and not just say they are. I hope they don’t take it off the air here, as I find it endlessly amusing. Especially that crazy O’Reilly, and the gay one.

Charles   February 17th, 2009 - 8:54 am

Who is this nutcase? Why did Fox have him on? No one ever heard of him.He must be from San Francisco, land of Pelosi. He should paint himself up next time, maybe that would be humerous.

rascalofearth   April 13th, 2009 - 9:45 am

‘go hung your children’ hardly qualifies for a liberal rant. we all know the truth. fox gets its ratings because the core audience watched nothing but fox and listens to nothing but god’s own party talk radio. these media in turn allow very few alternative viewpoints on air so the whole thing bounces around in the proverbial echo chamber. everyone in the fox/gop crowd always says everyone they know thinks jkust like thm cause in reality everyone they know DOES think exactly like them. unfortunately until multiple votes er person are allowed, like multiple viewings of the passion of the christ, the gop/fox number is static in live folks and dropping in total as their old folks die off to be replaced with people of all political views but with the unique difference of open minds.

K   July 6th, 2009 - 1:26 pm

What do you call a country where 80-90% of the press supports one political party? Russia? Try the US.
Not surprising that intelligent people migrate to Fox News.

I suggest you "check out"   August 23rd, 2009 - 9:11 pm

There is a legacy of theft in this family. Mom used to steal supplies and had for DECADES!!! Despite the existing legacy from prior generations, to maximize damage they likely told the preditor why::To establish a legacy so they can justify pushing me into stealing, ensuring indifference from society’s elite who will be positioned to be involved in this Situation.
They offered him the temptation of maximizing the prices he commands by pushing people into buying at above market value. And I suspect his selling history will attest to this.
Think this will shut the tough guy up? Because I can go on about his schitzophrenia and how it makes him more likely to be a recidivist pediophile. Even more alarming is his lack of personal growth:::He still engages in the same behavior that he did in high school.
Thank you, all of you, for stealing my jewelry. I wash my hands of you all.

ANdrea Stone   October 23rd, 2009 - 4:24 pm

This guy is pretty close to the actual number. You whime that no MSM outlet uses his numbers but then you hear very little about the 6 million who have died in the Congo since 1996 either. I admire this gentleman for doing to FOX exactly what it deserved. America should never have invaded Iraq. Period. Anything else is pure cow dung.

Andrea Stone   October 23rd, 2009 - 4:33 pm

Here is a hilarious answer to anyone who claims intelligent viewers migrate to FOX “news”. It seems the most intelligent and well informed viewers migrate to the The Daily SHow with Jon Stewart and The Colbert Report @ 54%. FOX “news” trails all major news outlets with least imformed viewers.
