What strikes me is the different treatment of a Republican and Democrat by the media. Remember John Edwards? The media, with the exception the Newspaper of Record for the Democratic Party, the National Enquirer, ignored the story for almost a year. Even when Edwards was caught meeting his mistress and barricaded himself in a men’s room at 3 am, they refused to run a word about it. This guy comes out and admits to something, and it tops the unrest in Iran as a headline story.

Republican Conservatives are improving. They used to prefer little boys!

At least this Republican’s failures did not endanger our troops or rob from out country like so many others in the past. But I have to admit the Republicans have been staying pretty clean lately. That is a very welcome change for them. Too bad the change came too late.

Please Resign Senator Ensign. Cheating is one of the worst things a politician could do in my mind. If a man or woman can’t even keep a promise to his/her spouse how could that person possibly be trusted with our country? Infidelity is my litmus test for candidates. Just noticed his last name “Ensign” isn’t too far off from “Resign”
