It sounds like someone other than Fox News is examining Obama’s policies. He gets so irritable when people don’t fawn over his speeches…like the one he gave in Cairo where afterwards he thought he had influenced the Iranian elections! Dope.

To Patriot, I don’t like Wall Street bailouts either, but medical malpractice insurance affects our rates and our services. There are some places where it is becoming more difficult to find an Ob Gyn for birthing babies thanks to John Edwards and his lawsuits related to downs syndrome babies. Edwards has probably single handidly increased medical costs to the consumer and limited services more than any other person in the US due to the massive judgements from his aggressive medical malpractice business. We need to weed out bad doctors, certainly.

But Obama wants these premiums high because:
1) trial lawyers backed him during the election
2) by applying medical malpratice premiums to the cost of private healthcare, his socialist/public healthcare plan looks reasonable in comparison.

So I have every idea that WHEN he takes over healthcare, he’ll limit judgements for people who sue the system.
