Kentucky Pastor Encourages Congregation to Bring Guns to Church

WKYT: A Louisville church is inviting gun owners to bring their pistols to the church to celebrate the Fourth of July and the Second Amendment. New Bethel Church is welcoming "responsible handgun owners" to wear their firearms Saturday, June 27 at the church. An Internet ad for the event says there will be a handgun raffle, patriotic music and information on gun safety.

‘Pastor’ is missing more than a few ‘details’.

Pastor is an American Christian, and Christianity has been perverted in America since DAY ONE!

Who smote Job?

God smote Job,

Job 2:3 ..and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.

Thou (Satan) movedst me (GOD) against him (Job)

oK, now this,

Deuteronomy 32;39 …I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.

If one has ears to hear, one learns that IF God wants someone DEAD, a gun will do him no good.
IF God wants someone alive, he has no need for a gun.

And we have this,

Matthew 5:44 Mat 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies
Matthew 26:52 …for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.

America has perverted Christianity, and this ‘Pastor’ knows John Wayne, not Jesus Christ

Thanks Craig Allen, you said it for me. The fascists in America have used the bible to justify their lies, just like the nazis did. And they will reap the same fate.

Pastor Pagano seems to have more rules than freedoms here…

“A Louisville church is inviting gun
owners to bring their pistols to the church…”

What about long rifles and shotguns?

“New Bethel Church is welcoming “responsible handgun owners” to
wear their firearms Saturday…”

What about all the irresponsible gun owners and criminals. Don’t they need God’s help even more?

“Church pastor Ken Pagano says guns must be unloaded at the event and private security will check visitors at the door.”

What kind of little police state does this guy wish here anyway!? Unloaded guns kill people! They might as well bring pictures of guns instead…

“Christian churches work to prevent
violent harm and promote peace, but most “allow for arms to be
taken up under certain conditions.”"

Don’t be fooled. This moron knows nothing about gun rights….

The Pastor probably means well, but he seriously has to look inward and ask what all of that has to do with Jesus’ teachings. Would Jesus say “Bring ye all your guns and ammo for it is good” pastor?

i think his motivation is to get men to come to his church. whats wrong with letting the guys accessorize.

I think it’s great!
What the heck is wrong with you anti-christian idiots?
Christians, the US Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, scaring the pants off of idiots for over two hundred years!
I don’t know what the left is more scared of..Freedom of Speech, or The Right to Keep and Bare Arms!
