I think the HOA needs some sensitivity training.

What has happened to the people of this natio? Instead of showing pride for our service men and women, are we to hide in a dark corner and ignore their sacrifices? This type of thing is disgraceful! We’re tormented for flying our flags, we can’t put decals on our car displaying our pride in our service? Is this what the obamanation is all about???? I think so. I have a “NoBama” decal on my car, and I won’t remove it for anyone or anything!! It’s my right as an American as it’s this mans right to display his love for the USMC. My son is a former Marine and we proudly fly the USMC flag everyday. We’re proud to be Americans and no one is going to take that away from us!!! Shameful!!!

I can see a Home Owners Association being strict about what color you can paint your home, how long you can leave your trash cans out, keeping your yard mowed, things that involve the HOME.

But a vehicle?!?! it’s not like the guy had it on blocks in his yard. Sorry this is a joke.

Well what do you expect? Over half the voters in our once great nation voted for an alien with a liberal socialist voting (at least when he voted) record a mile long. When the democrat party allows 20 plus million illegal aliens to flood across our borders and gives them a voting card with every driver’s license, their place in government is secured. Frankly, I think it is too late to recapture civility and sanity in our country. The liberals in power have enough mindless robots to guarantee their election. It’s going to get worse, not better.

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS SUCK …

Soon you will find that there are NO homes that are not under the thumb of an association.

If you haven’t figured it out yet, it is all about CONTROLLING you and me!

If there is a clause in the HOA bylaws, unfortunately, this veteran would have no legal standing to fight this. However, I highly doubt, would bet my life, that there is nothing in the HOA’s bylaws that has any mention at all of Bumper Stickers, therefore, they have no right to complain about them. They could add a bylaw with a vote by the HOA residents, but I highly doubt it would pass quorum. It honestly seems like a Liberal complaining for the sake of complaining, and I hope that the Veteran stands strong, refuses to remove any bumper stickers, and basically just tells the HOA to shove their complaint where the Sun doesn’t shine.

Clearly the HOA is singling him out since there are other stickers and symbols on other cars in the parking lot as pointed out in the video. It is probably and obviously political in nature and the HOA cannot win this unless they enforce the rules against ALL vehicles which they are not doing. And although it is a situation for lawyers to sort out the HOA rules do not trump the constitution. Nobody loves power like a leftist Democrat. I know the HOA pres is a leftist Democrat because no one else would be concerned about it.

Write your state reps and senators and complain about the HOA abuses we are seeing. It will only change with new laws restricting them. You CAN afford the price of a stamp to do that.

They are using the excuse that these are “advertisements”. Well then he has every right to bring them up on notice that on their cars (as well as his of course) there are names in chrome that will have to be ripped off the cars such as Chevrolet, toyota, Ford etc. If these are not advertisements then what is.

If you want to know how “liberal” they really are, just try disagreeing with one of them.

If they were ACORN stickers, I guarantee you Obama would have a pardon ready.

I say this on behalf of all of us vets and current servicemen… Sod off you commie pinko crackpots. There is nothing wrong with someone sporting stickers on their car. And, truth be told, if the man wants to raise a USMC flag in his front yard he should be allowed and respected for it.
