What I find offensive is the tattered condition of the flag flying outside the hospital…
I don’t think it says in our constitution that we Americans have to kowtow to offended people over OUR FLAG…What spineless weasels!

As a Texan and an American I find this to be outrageous. The event was Memorial Day, a tribute to the sacrifice of our armed forces for our benefit and our right to display the flag of our country. You can bet this will not go unnoticed in the Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington area where Mansfield is located.

If this Afr*can does not like looking at an American flag on Memorial Day she should simply go back to the slime pit she left behind because it was not fit to live in and then emigrate to other country that won’t mind their national symbols being insulted on their special days to honor their people in service to their country. Frankly it does not say much for the other people in that office to allow this foreigner to remove the American Flag in the first place. NOT on my watch. Not without a fight.

As for me I would tell this arrogant POS refugee that if she ever touched anything that belonged to me again she would need a colonoscopy to find her GD Green Card.

What a joke I must say. It sounds to me like the “lady” who complained had more motive than being offended. It seems like maybe she had something personal against the lady with the flag. Or maybe she discovered some BS loop hole that she could exploit in order to get some money out of a law suit if the flag wasn’t removed. Or maybe it was just out of spite plain and simple.

Personally the lady and whoever else complaining should of been dismissed because HELLO there is a flag flying outside the hospital!

I never thought I would ever hear this type of story in my country. But to be honest it doesn’t surprise me at all. An immigrant coming to a country to work and reap its benefits but yet being offended by its flag.

Without even seeing this place, I will bet a paycheck that the offended one has some representation of her homeland on display in her cubicle/office. I agree that it looks like there may have been a little intra-office angst going on here between the women. Still, a supervisor should be required to seek the more diplomatic less confrontational solution. (Perhaps a smaller flag would have been a workable compromise.)
The idea that an employee should be disciplined for displaying the American flag during Memorial Day is way over the PC top. Plus, it must be a PR disaster for the hospital both internally and externally.I would be very surprised if that supervisor hasn’t been the recipient of some pointed Human Resources consuling as a result

This story has hit the news and radio bigtime now in the DFW (Dallas Forth Worth) area. The story at the link by ACE above shows they are regretting this incident and I hope this goes a long way towards preventing a recurrence of it at other workplaces.
Of course the leftists posting here hate any reference to a flag that shows America is still a free country. The flag they love to post is the communist Cuba flag and even the old USSR communist flag can be seen on clothing.
