Why transfer them to prisons? I thought they were innocent until proven guilty. They should be out on bail, preferably somewhere in the Bay area.

Alcatraz would work just fine.

If they happen to swim over to Berkeley, oh well.

Here’s how it breaks down:

–President Stutter McSpendypants will bring terror detainees into the U.S.

–A Clinton appointee federal judge will rule that, since they have not been charged, and were not read their Miranda rights on the battlefield–they must be freed.

–No foreign country will take them.

–Obama’s DoJ says “Our hands are tied. Gee, if it weren’t for that evil Bush, this wouldn’t be happening.”

–They are let out in America and join a Jihadi sleeper cell somewhere near you.

–Lovin’ that Hope and Change yet, Comrades??

They weren’t terrorists before but I wouldn’t blame them if they are now. Thanks, Bush.

They already are in a prison.

Our Supermax prisons can hold them easily but they would be in worse conditions than Gitmo. The Red Cross should be going nuts…but somehow I don’t think they are inclined to do so.

Aaaaah, open your nostrils and draw it in, the sweet smell impeachment.

Is this current president out of his frigging mind by wanting to bring these people to the US. I say we load them on a plane and drop them back in the middle of the Iran desert. screw them! Obama is the terrorist here!

Obama is walking a dangerous line by intellectualizing the national security issue. By declassifying the interrogation legal opinions — very interesting reading, by the way — but keeping classified the data that was derived from the interrogations, Obama is making a huge mistake politically. For the short term he firms up his liberal base, but even that won’t hold (see the Senate vote this week not authorizing the expenditure of funds to close Guantanamo) since his liberal base is as doctrinaire as those on the committed right. So in the longer term he must release this information, and when he does (if Cheney is to be believed) we will learn that Obama has restricted the very means by which the Bush administration was able to avoid another 911 in the last 7+ years of Bush-Cheney. That will likely gravely hurt him politically. The American people now think it is appealingly curious to have him as President but they won’t put up with him if they perceive that he is politicizing the defense of the country.
But Obama is at his base an academic, just as Jimmy Carter saw himself, and a defense shield built of books cannot withstand an onslaught. Hopefully, for the sake of our security Obama will before long realize that he can’t theorize about our defense. Tick tock.

Wants to have these detainees amongst our prison population…is using our money to bring Hamas sympathizers from Palestine into our country…hiring more Muslims in the White House.

Agree – wish I didn’t.

America…I was watching a report tonight about the men that were arrested today in the bombing plot of a Jewish Synogogue…I believe.

During that report it stated that many of these men that are home grown terrorists are recruited while in the American prison system.

Could this be why Bilderberg Bush-Obama wants some of these radical “detainees” within our prison system, so that they can recruit other inmates to radicalism within our country?

Just a thought…

We will take them in San Fransisco. I have plans for a couple of them. Everyone is welcome here, we are the city of love and peace.

Since they are telling us this for a reason, then we must be told when and where they will release these miscreants, so we can take care of the business that our government is unwilling or unable to do.
I expect the PRESS to go after this with the same enthusiasm they have when they publish national secrets.
