Obama will not select her now. Not because she thinks that courts are supposed to make policy but because she said it publicly. Sort of like when Obama occasionally slips and says what he really thinks. Obama truly is an evil self-centered person and should be removed from power asap.

That means he wants constitutional questions decided not by what is written in the constitution but according to the latest trends and fads and even foreign law. That is probably why he chose this person as a possible judge. Bush appointed her to the appeals court and we all know neither of the Bushs were conservatives simply because they ran as Republicans.

If this appointment means AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL MEXICANS, then THIS WOMAN SHOULD BE NIXED! (I.E., SHE SHOULD *NOT* BE CONFIRMED!)
