This is the change 56% of the voters chose: A president that makes light of citizens with heartfelt concerns and a major news channel because he does not agree with them. A president that boasted of openness and non-partisan politics, but pushes bills through before they can be read, and then chides disinters and bolsters class warfare. Now don’t get me wrong, I honestly don’t care what color Obama is either…..though I will admit it has from the beginning bugged me that so many dismiss his whiteness. In fact, the first time I saw him on Jay Leno, before he announced his intent to run for president, I was completely impressed with him. It wasn’t until shortly after that I purchased his book “The Audacity of Hope” that I took a dislike to the man and his beliefs…..his socialistic view stood out like a sore thumb. I didn’t even make it through two whole chapters, I was so disgusted. Which did bum me out at the time as I had thought – hey, maybe we finally have a decent person to run for president – and I have always been Republican – though now I do not consider myself affiliated with any party.
And yet even though I did not care for the man, nor did I vote for him, I still wished him the best and hoped that he would prove my feelings wrong. Unfortunately he did just the opposite, and now I truly fear for our country.
But I feel confident that we will find that right person for the new president in 2012.
Also, I personally would not put anyone on a pedestal for being a lawyer – the general perception of lawyers is that they are bottom feeders. In fact that is what is wrong with Washington D.C., the majority of the politicians started out life as lawyers.

The problem is that the teabeggers do not have any organized representatives to talk to. And if they did, those people would not have anything organized to say.
